This is our third or fourth time at Villas de Santa Fe. Receptionist wasn’t friendly, but polite. Had to ask for toilet paper two times. (For only a three night stay!) usually there is enough for such a short time. Bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Just a tube of gel soap in bathroom sink area. Hard to get out, so I added shower gel to the soap dish. These are minor issues. Other than those little things, our stay was great.

Clean spacious 1bedroom villa walking distract to Santa Fe plaza. Easy to get around the area. Tons of shops and restaurants. We will be returning!!

Short walk to Plaza and restaurants. Front desk people were nice and helpful. Rooms could use some updating, but functional overall. Surprised that TVs weren't smart. Haven't seen that in a while. Would book again.

1. Parking off-street due to very close, quickly-filling-in-the-evening parking places can be improved. 2. Tub is creaking when one showers. A rib of cement beneath the centerline of tub for support would remedy this. 3. Vanity area has no door to close. Light interferes with spouse sleeping as a result. Good things: Anything a couple would want to cook has implements for them furnished in the room. Extra linens are quickly furnished. Physical workout room well stocked. Ice machine close.

We had a very nice stay at the resort. Accommodations were very clean and everything we needed was there. The resort is within walking distance to the plaza which made it very nice. All the staff were very very very nice and helpful. They greeted you with a hello every time they saw you. They also knew about the surrounding areas and how to get to other scenic attractions.

This property was unexpected. It is important to read the full description of VRBO listed properties. The location was within six blocks of the Santa Fe Square which means the museums in the area could be accessed without a problem with the exception of the museums on the hill. The shopping was excellent, and a short drive, within ten minutes each direction, grocery shopping was available. The Staff were excellent and helpful! Without a doubt I would return. The only downside was the noise of the hallways and above the "room:.

The property was nice, the main pool was a little dirty and the spa on property 2 was locked up. The office staff was excellent and provided us with directions. All in all, everything was good.

My sister and I were very happy with the property and the location but we were unhappy to be charged a $25.00 tax resort fee. We were not told about this at the time we booked our reservations. Vrbo needs to credit my account for the $125. I was billed.

This was the right place for us for the few days we were in Santa Fe. An easy walk to the historical area. The bed was comfortable. A nice kitchenette. Supportive staff.

Property was as described. Room was clean. Was able to use the pool and hot tube in March with outdoor temps in the high 40s. Short walk to most of the downtown attractions. Only disappointment were the knifes in the kitchen. Pretty useless for preparing meals. Staff was accommodating and easy to contact.

I didn’t give it 5 stars because several nights we smelled other guests smoking weed in their rooms. I understand that is out of the properties control mostly, however, even after I made the property aware of it, it happened again that night.

Very good property that could be improved with a little updating, but overall excellent one-week stay. The coffee station was good but would be even better to have breakfast on-site. Staff demonstrated friendly, efficient and polite customer service level.

We found our room to be spacious, and were impressed with its preparedness if we were to be staying for an extended amount of time. The little kitchenette was well stocked, and we appreciated having a separate living room space. While we were bummed the hot tub closed at 10 pm, we were able to enjoy it in the morning!

Overall, liked our stay, but wouldn’t really consider it a resort experience. Good location to be close to shopping and restaurants. No oven in kitchen and pool could use improvements. Huge property with lots of cars going in and out so make sure to lock up your stuff for safety. Nice place, but a bit dated.

This is a very nice property (actually owned by Hilton). It’s well managed and very clean. Communication with front desk (via text) is superb. Only a couple of key issues; VRBO ads make this look like a small boutique hotel - it is not. It’s a large complex of like 4-5 big buildings. Only the office is smaller with the cool lobby but you won’t be around there. We were across a little street but still had a hot tub. No pool in our courtyard- major bummer and it’s just misleading when you see the photos. 2 other things and one could happen anywhere - toilet valve needed to be replaced and they were scheduled to do it when we checked out. Major thing for us was the bed. I’ve slept on firm beds back in the day, but this thing was like a freaking slab of granite. Just too hard to rest comfortably. Overall though, the property is really nice. Our suite with King bed was huge with separate living area, 2 TVs and kitchenette. I would stay here again if they convinced me they have softer beds. Last note - VRBO is so superior to ABB and they vet and manage properties to a much higher degree than ABB.
