About this condo rental
Situated in Ocean City, this attractive condo for $217 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Fountainhead Towers 1208 will let you enjoy beautiful ocean views from both the oceanfront balcony and inside the unit. You can also enjoy bay views from your bay side balcony. This one bedroom & den unit sleeps 6. Bedding includes 1 queen, 2 singles and a queen sleep sofa. Guest supplies sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Fountainhead Towers requires a $50.00 cash non-refundable bldg registration fee due upon arrival. Non-smoking. No pets, please. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Room was very clean and was exactly what we expected. Loved having a balcony on both ocean side and bay side. Very safe area.

Overall it was a great place to stay. The check in process at both places was efficient and easy. The condo was clean and inviting with beach decor. The balconies were amazing for sunrises and sunsets. Beach was very close and the pool area was very clean and had many lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas.The older gentleman at the pool checking for pool tags was wonderful and welcoming. We enjoyed the fact the television was not a smart tv so we spent more time enjoying the surroundings and not falling into the habit of turning on Hulu or Netflix in the evening. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella was a plus and appreciated. Would stay here again.

Very clean & so many things in the condo!!! A closet of beach toys and chairs and even an umbrella… the 2 balconies were our fave! We will def be staying here again! Pics don’t do it justice!

We were very happy with this condo unit. Being able to close off the den when needed was very nice! The unit was clean with most amenities you would need. Being able to use the beach chairs and accessories was a pleasant surprise.

Beautiful view but in need of some TLC
The view from the ocean balcony was beautiful. We had a lot of fun on the beach which was steps away and at the pool, where there was always seats available which is nice to put your stuff down. The condo itself definitely needs some tlc. The floor is sloped, the toilet handle needs to be jiggled to stop it from running and you have to be careful with the shower curtain and shower head or the bathroom floods. A majority of the verticle blinds are missing from the deck window so if you're sleeping in the living room be prepared to be woken up by the sun shining in your eyes very early (which I would have loved watching the sunrise if we hadn't been out so late in the boardwalk). Also you can only use certain detergents in the washer, which would have been nice to know ahead of time to save a trip out to get a different boyne of detergent because ours was on the no no list. Overall we had a great time, it's a great location and would be absolutely perfect if they gave the unit the face-lift it truly needs.

Ocean City vaction
The property was very quiet and welcoming. The view was breathtaking. Love the option of the bayside view and oceanview. The beach supplies in the bayside deck was great wish I knew before packing. The Television in the room needed a little upgrading. Also the couch bed needs a new mattress. Overall I had a great time and will definitely rent again.

Cleanliness was great throughout the property with the exception that I found 3 pans, a pot, a bowl and a spoon that were all encrusted with egg? or some unidentifiable substance. I would not expect that the cleaning service would even have checked those but just a PSA to all renters to PLEASE clean up your mess so the next renters don't have to clean your dishes :D

This was our 3rd stay in this unit. Last 2 times were great. This time, not so much. Check in process was smooth, check in location is at 6200 Coastal Hwy. It only took 10 minutes to get to the fountainhead.
That evening we were sitting on the oceanside balcony. I went to walk into the unit, and saw something small run accross the floor to under the sofa. My husband lifted the sofa, but nothing came out. 2 days later, I saw it running accross the living room floor and called for my husband. He was able to kill it. It was a baby mouse. I couldn't figure how there was a mouse on the 12th floor, but I know if there's a baby mouse, then there's more. I called the contact phone number I had and reported it and was told they would let the owner know, but I never heard anything back about it from anyone. One other thing to note, the threshold between the den and hallway, has a nail that is sticking up a bit. The last time we were there it was also and my daughter cut her foot on it. I reported that too, but I guess it never got taken care of. We just put one of the throw rugs over it this time. Other than those things everything was just fine with the unit, but I do wish someone would have addressed our concerns we reported.

Called about toilet not working properly when we got to room, received a call back saying maintenance had left and would come next day to fix- never did.
Check in went fine but not convenient to go to another location to get lock information and pool tags and then having to return them to that location before leaving.
Parking convenient at rental property although when paying $40 parking fee security wanted "$40 cash money " with no change available for a $50 bill. Just thought it odd to talk to guests like that.
All in all we did enjoy our stay with great ocean views.

It is a little inconvenient to have to pick up the check in package from another location but it is closely located. Also, there is a 40$ cash registration charge for every vehicle- even if you are parking only one car. Other than, a great stay! I look forward to returning.

Great Oceanfront Condo
Overall the location of this property was perfect for our trip to the beach. Away from the crowds but close to good food and shopping. Having the ocean front balcony and the private bayside balcony allowed us to enjoy both views. The pool was great and the beach wasn’t very crowded. They only thing I can say is this condo needs major updates on the living room and dining room furniture. Very old and outdated. Bedroom furniture was nice and comfortable. I would stay here again!

Overall enjoyed our stay at the property! Views from balcony were really amazing, the condo itself was very tidy and well kept. The access to the beach and pool was extremely easy and made for an enjoyable experience at both. Only negatives...... Parking (thought a spot was provided but was hit with a 40 dollar fee in cash upon arrival) and the keyless entry is great because you don't have worry about losing an actual key but the system might need updated as everytime we came back to get into the condo we would have to try the code a couple times 😉! Overall though the condo has a great location and has everything a couple or small family would need! Thanks guys we would stay again!

Another great stay!
This is our second summer renting this property and we had a great time again. What we love is the beautiful views of both the bay and ocean, having a kitchen, having the washer/dryer, etc. Both stays it has been very clean on arrival!

Lovely property
This is a well kept, clean and perfectly located property in Ocean City! We loved the beach front balcony AND the bay front balcony. Access to the beach is so close and the pool is nicely maintained. Key less entry, washer/dryer, kitchenware, WiFi... the only thing extra needed to bring are sheets and towels.

Great ocean front property for our family vacation!
We loved staying at this property with our two young children. The easy beach access and pool were very convenient. The unit is very clean and nicely decorated. We look forward to returning to the Fountainhead again!

Spectacular view and well maintained but...
Wife and I wanted an end of summer beach weekend. Ocean view is truly
outstanding. Condo was spotless and spacious and Fountainhead building is a great OC location. But... mattress was uncomfortable, and other than salt and pepper you need to bring everything because there is nothing I mean nothing you expect and need — - eg sugar, toilet paper! plastic
wrap dishwasher detergent Hair dryer etc. Also, limited and worn out cookware and don’t forget to bring linens and towels and you probably want your own pillows. Note checkout is 10 am not 11am as VRBO email confirmation states. Good for a couple and maybe one guest or child.

Excellent stay!
We had a great few days here! Easy walk to the beach, well maintained pool area and building. Beautiful views of both the ocean and the bay. The washer and dryer was great to have with all the towels from the beach and pool! Would recommend to anyone and would stay again!
