This house was beautiful and had plenty of room for our group of 11. The pool / outdoor area was really taken as far as you can. It is just like the pictures, and that isn’t always a given. Unlike past Destin rentals, this house’s AC was top flight as it was nearly 100 all this past week. Kitchen was well appointed w/ dishes & flatware to accommodate a large group w/o constantly doing dishes. But if you make a lot, there are TWO high end dishwashers, which was exceptional. Beds are comfortable & huge, and bathrooms are all wonderfully decorated / highly functional. Why not 5 stars overall? Kitchen runner is a safety hazard as it’s old & rolling up at the edges. It was tripped over 10x in the first 20 mins of unloading groceries (we rolled it up & put away until we left). Ice maker struggled to get started, needed to be jump started by cooling it with store bought ice. There was no 12 cup coffee maker in the house, so we bought one, as a Keurig for 9 adults all week seemed ridiculous. The grill here is old / pathetic / broken, as similar rentals at this price point have gorgeous outdoor kitchens. Then there’s the pool / child alarm. Easily the worst element of the house (it was mentioned extensively in other reviews). Every time one of the 2 doors with direct pool access are opened, you need to hit a bypass button in 15 secs or one of the more annoying sounds you’ll ever encounter begins. We all have PTSD from it. Overall a solid 4.5 stars

The property was fantastic and met all expectations described and pictured in the listing. The location is fantastic as well. Lots of amenities, there was plenty of room and the beds are so comfortable. This was definitely worth the price. My only suggestion would be to have a ceiling fan in the main master suite above the bed. We are hot sleepers and after being in the sun all day the fan was missed. Other than that, everything was great!

My friends and I occupied the house this past weekend to celebrate my 30th birthday. All I can say is wow. The house was beautiful, the pool/jacuzzi was a great addition and we loved the views. I’ma sucker for a great aesthetic and this house delivered. It was 8 women total so we had plenty of space, could've even had a few more people with the space we had left. We cooked majority of our stay and the kitchen was well equipped. We also walked right across the street to the beach which was super convenient. Only hiccup is that the pool alarm door kept going off everytime the door opened and it got to be a lot. We also had a hard time with the doors leading outside and needed maintenance’s assistance. We’re from the north so we’re not used to hurricane doors and how to properly close/lock them. Outside of that it was a great stay and I would highly recommend! Will definitely go back!

The location was perfect. The house is gorgeous. My one complaint is the rug in the living room is really a hazard. Two of my grandchildren tripped and fell because of it.

It was the perfect property for our family with the multi Master bedrooms with ensuites and wonderful large kitchen, dining, family room area. We also loved the pool! The view of the lake with cute turtles swimming in it was also a fun part of each day - morning and evening. The beach is only a couple blocks away and is so easy to walk to. There's also a great restaurant right there too! The sand at the beach was so soft and the water temp was perfect. We enjoyed getting up at 5am and walking to the beach to see the sunrise - we also walked to the beach every evening to be on the beach for the beautiful sunsets. Great family home and great area for a family vacation! We all want to come back again.

This is our 3rd family vacation in Florida and this home was definitely our favorite! We loved the modern, custom design. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and appliances to accommodate a large group. The property management was always available to address any concerns and went above and beyond to offer outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Destin. We plan to book it again in the future!!
