fantastic location for shopping, entertainment and transportation. was a good sized apartment and very comfortable.

Greeter was very pleasant and patient.
Great location.
Great cafe ,wineshop, bar and corner shop all on the same road.
Very clean and this was our second stay.
We will be back next year as the positives out way the negative.
The main bedroom needs a new mattress.
We had to sleep on another duvet as the springs hurt.We woke up miserable.
The very,very strong smell of pot in the shared stairwell was unpleasant.
At 2am we had a girl on the buzzer asking to get in for 15mins a little unnerving.

Location is great. Flat is very comfortable for 3 people.
No one met us to let us in, which is what we were told would happen. It was not easy to get in touch with the contact to get instructions on how to get the key.

Good location
Only one bedroom when we had booked and paid for a 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen was not yet installed and there was no sink, no hob and not even any cutlery. There were no curtains at the lounge window. The air conditioning system did not work and the bedroom windows do not open. We were bitterly disappointed at the apartment. We had to book our parents into a local hotel as the flat only had one bedroom. Arcore were completely unhelpful and have refused any refund. They ruined our special weekend.

Great location, clean and modern.

Great Location ! We couldn't expect a better place to stay in London. The apartment was clean and full equipped. There're restaurants around and a Tesco Express. We slept very well as there were no noise coming from the street.
The price was also ok compared to very tiny flat that we could have for the same price and outside the city center.
We'll definitely come back in this apartment in the future. Kevin & Augusto have been reactive to our demand and came to fix a small issue during our stay.
Small issue with the water & the heating but everything was fixed during the day

good location, secondary glazing so nice and quiet
balcony door wouldn’t close or lock our whole stay, despite asking staff several times to attend to it as it was so cold nobody even bothered to reply

Location was fantastic and property was very clean. Host met us and was very accommodating and informative.
We requested use of the sofa bed as well as the double bed as we were two friends who wanted separate beds. Sofa bed hadn't been set up and no evidence of bedding being left out. Host realised and spent some time looking for spare bedding and apologised. He even offered to set the sofa bed up for us but we said we could manage as he had shown us where the spare bedding was. We couldn't work out how to get hot water from the kitchen or bathroom taps. It didn't really matter for our short stay as we had hot water for the shower as it was electric.

We loved the location, size, newness and cleanliness of the property. Walking distance to most things in Central London. We would definitely stay again, but hope the aspects of concern we raised in the bedroom and bathroom are rectified ASAP for other users.
More prompt responses to communications.
A more customer focussed approach, such as when they offered us an alternative accommodation to that which we originally booked, they did not offer us a refund of the price difference, when the alternative was £139 cheaper for the same booking period. We had to request and chase this ourselves. We were only then offered a 2 night refund, as our chose property became available, however we had no wish to move half way into our 4 night break, having a busy schedule planned
Eventually we secured a £100 refund with the help of booking.com

The property itself was lovely. Great location and lovely interior.
The communication with staff was very poor. I was passed from one person to another to message (I was in contact with 3 people in the end). To be able to get the keys was a mission, the only person helpful with this was Juras who was great. The damaged deposit was £500, a lot if you ask me and we didn’t get it back till 4 weeks later when we had to make a claim through booking.com. I never leave reviews and I feel sad to leave such a negative one but just want to give a heads up to anyone who’s planning on staying to understand these difficulties.

Fantastic location in quiet street just off seven dials. Great facilities and comfortable for four adults staying a weekend. Flat is bright airy and clean and as in photos. Fridge, freezer and washing machine and great small kitchen. Worth noting there is only one small sofa which was fine with us there were dining chairs but might not work for family.
The only improvement we would suggest is that arrangements for picking up and dropping off keys weren’t too clear and it’s really important for properties without reception etc to be very clear about this. However I would recommend the property but wound just encourage visitors to sort arrangements for meeting at the property and where they leave keys on departure.

Great location
We went to address given and moved in and unpacked. After we had gone out we were called and asked to come back and move to a different address as there had been a mix up. We lost 2 hours of our first day and the whole thing was very uncomfortable with another couple waiting on the street for us to repack and relocate. The agent who dealt with us was very good but he was not empowered to do anything other than apologise.

The location, but even that isn’t worthy of the price tag.
Our interactions with the owner were quite unpleasant, he clearly does not care and is rather annoyed by guests calling for information. We sent messages through booking.com which went unanswered so contacted the only number available on the booking to enquire about the facilities of the property and also to ask if early check in was a possibility, he was extremely unhelpful saying we would have to call back on the day of the booking, when we did on the day he just told us no, without even checking for us properly, we asked when we will be allowed to check in and he said someone would contact us. By this time it was 12pm on the day of the booking and we had no idea about our check in instructions or what to do. The only information I had received from thé apartment was a request for a deposit, which when I asked how much went unanswered. (NOTE: IT IS £500!!)
We received a message an hour later from the caretaker who was really friendly and accommodating but clearly overworked with the amount of properties he has to attend to. We were left with minimal information and some washing drying in the middle of the room on a clothes hanger.
The property itself needs a good clean and some attention, thick layers of dust on the blinds, flickering lights in the bathroom, damp on the ceiling, loose lampshades, huge burn marks in the rugs, coffee machine loose from it’s fitting and not working, windows so dirty you can barely see out of them, pretty disgusting really, especially when you consider the price we paid for it. The towels and sheets are also clearly old and need replacing.
We had to call to find out how to leave the keys too, these calls went unanswered for 15 mins, just a ridiculous level of incompetence.
Overall I would never stay here again, and the owner needs a reality check if he thinks he can get away without attending to his guests or properties needs much longer.
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in hundreds of London bookings. AVOID.

we stayed in a standard 2 bedroom apartment in shelton street. the location is fantastic literally round the corner from Covent Garden market square with fantastic bars and restaurants literally a two minute walk away. another major bonus is that there is an overnight car park literally two mins walk away. it would have been great to see the actual apartment we were staying in beforehand as there were so many photos we were unsure, but the standard was great anyway. I am very fussy about beds being comfortable and the beds/mattresses in our apartment were as good as we have at home. we could not fault it - i would suggest you book the apartment with the balcony at Shelton street, a bit more money but worth it - pret a manger round the corner for breakfast - been hunting round for years during our very many stays in london for work and pleasure and now we have found what we were looking for! BTW, this apartment is quiet even though in Covent Garden as it is at the end of a resident/office area and hidden away - perfect.

I did not like the fact that we were mis-sold an apartment, (not what we booked/Trading standards). Furthermore; when we arrived, we corresponded with the host before hand, but still had to wait 20 mins to be checked in, as they had informed us when we arrived that check in time was now at 3pm, but was not informed of this before hand, while corresponding with the host that same day!
Moving on, Sergio (one of the hosts) had shown us an apartment which was not cleaned at all! Dirty Towels, Dirty Linen, dirty floors. A previous guest(s) drink was left in the fridge. I found this highly un-professional, especially with the recent pandemic going on, also being a Key worker I cannot afford to get unwell. To rectify the problem, we were given the apartment one floor below, the second apartment was semi-cleaned, meaning clean linen were on beds, and clean towels were in the room, but this room also seemed half cleaned. We were already tired from our journey to get there and the wait to get into our apartment so we did not complain further and kept the apartment given to us in the end.
We complained about noise coming from upstairs, and within the hour somebody was sent to investigate the issue.
The price charged for these apartments are too much reflecting on the company and the people we dealt with had no proffessionalism, nor the knowledge of what was going on, or organisation of their guest(s), or housekeeping. Also; when we left the apartment, they refused to give us our deposit back, because they first 'claimed' we had a party of more than 30 people, then they 'claimed' we stained the walls,(which i can assure you we did not) then they changed their story saying we had 15+ people having a large party with music being heard until the end of the street. If there was any evidence of us having a party, then surely there would be CCTV evidence to support their claim like large speakers coming in, etc.

Bed bugs was a nightmare. I literally traveled all around the world and this is my first experience with an accommodation with bed bugs. My son who is with me visiting London to do a brain surgery stayed at this particular apartment and the bed bugs did not have mercy on my son and me. really really bad experience and very dissapointing.
