Convenience to main areas of London. Friendly and helpful staff.
A restaurant for evenings would have been nice. Breakfast was hit and miss but staff helped out.

The location was amazing. Richard and the team covering the night shift were outstanding. I arrive agitated as I left my handbag in the London Cab and Richard was amazing calming me down saying the cabbie will return it to you and he did. Staff were amazing.

restaurant open in the evening for sit down or room service meal. The website doesn’t state this so I felt mis sold as that was one of the main reasons I booked it.
Room small for the price. I was given upgrade so no idea what original room was like. Bathroom was a bit ropey and dated. Shower not great. Needs updating.
Didn’t think it was value for money especially with no room service. Not worth £300.
