This property is amazing. It is extremely private and has two beautiful outdoor living areas. Inside the kitchen is well appointed with an open concept from kitchen to dining to living area. There is also a media room for watching movies. The bedrooms were beautiful and clean. The location of this house is perfect. Cant wait to return to Block Island!!Thank you Linda for your kindness and being a great host!

Great for family

Great spot. Peaceful with privacy. The house has a nice layout for relaxing with family and friends.

The house itself and the property is beautiful, however it was overshadowed by the poor communication from the owner, the lack of things provided and the cleanliness.Poor communication- from the beginning with only automated responses. Almost had the stay canceled on us due to incorrect listing and owner had lack of urgency in confirming our stay. Did not send any check in instructions until I requested them and received it 2 days prior to the stay. Inaccurate listing information - did not list that we had to bring pillow cases, sheets, towels, hand towels, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap. If I had not reached out, we would have showed up with nothing. Again, was given this information 2 days before our stay. Did not list that there was no AC and the fans were small and dirty. Said new fans were on the way- never came. Cleanliness- while the house smelled as if it had been freshly cleaned the major problem was the mold EVERYWHERE. The shower curtains, pillows, mattresses, couches, lamp shades and even books were all covered in black mold. Fans were covered in dust and dirty. Basement smelled extremely musty. Bugs everywhere inside and seat cushions on the chairs outside were infested with bugs underneath. Ants infested the inside.
