About this house rental

(We DO NOT list this property on Craig’s List) Situated on a knoll, this newly renovated home has lovely pond and harbor views plus a great wrap-around porch for entertaining and enjoying beautiful sunsets.

Newly renovated sun filled master bedroom with queen bed & window box seating for reading & enjoying scenic BI views.Brand new bathroom off of master bedroom with spa-like shower.Two additional bedrooms (1 queen, 2 twin)with water views. The downstairs has a large eat-in kitchen, full bath, living room, and TV room. Large yard plus there is a pond on the edge of the property. Close to many amenities such as beaches, restaurants, fishing, hiking, shopping & marinas. Featured in the Block Island Times.
***New reservations for the following season are accepted November 1.
*** Rentals from Last week in June through Labor Day require a week reservation.
