Situated in Wrightsville Beach, this lovely cottage for $628 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Come visit Eight East (Upper Level) where you will find a fresh & clean renovated upper level space that is sure to please! Located on the oceanside of Henderson St., this duplex 1940's cottage is full of a long line of Wrightsville Beach history and has been transformed into a beachy modern oasis. Location is key being within walking distance of WB's strip of dining & shops as well as just steps to Johnnie Mercer's Pier! The infamous Wrightsville Beach Loop is only a hop skip and a jump away for all of you fitness gurus who want to get your exercise on during your vacay! Step into the inviting bright & airy family room that is a cozy space for friends and family to gather. Enjoy a flat screen smart TV with cable as well as super comfy oversized couches to rest on. The Dining & Kitchen areas have it all. The window filled dining area offers a large farm table to comfortably seat everyone or gather around the spacious island/bar to dine or just hang! The newly updated kitchen offers everything you will need for dining and cooking while staying with us! Stainless steel appliances, dishes, drinkware, silverware, and all of the cooking utensils you will need are available within the kitchen space. We also keep the cabinets stocked with your typical cooking necessities, salt & pepper, cooking oils, spices, sugar. During your stay, you have access to a Keurig and coffee pods, sugar and creamer. We also provide dishwasher pods, laundry pods, paper towels, and toilet paper. Our home will comfortably sleep 6 guests offering 2 king beds, 1 bunk bed, and a pullout sofa. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable and device charging station and is decorated with beautiful coastal furnishings that will provide a very restful stay. No need to worry yourself with towels or linens, each room comes with its own set of sheets and two sets of freshly laundered towels. 8 beach towels will also be provided. The master bath has a beautifully tiled shower and the guest bathroom offers a shower & tub. You will find each bathroom well stocked with all of the essentials: soap, shampoo, conditioner. We also have a washer and dryer that you are welcomed to use. Last but certainly not least, chill out on our large wrap around porch with comfortable seating and dining areas. When you come in from the sun & sand, rinse off in our hot/cold outdoor showerhouse! In 2023, we added a beautiful outside bar area in the backyard. This space allows for your own little oasis to sit back, watch TV, and relax! If there are guests staying downstairs during your stay, this space is available for both levels so make friends and hangout together. There is parking available for two vehicles in the driveway . Please no parking underneath the house. Feel free to utilize beach chairs/toys/bikes you find in the downstairs outdoor closet. INCLUDED: Complimentary High speed WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of bring or renting them separately. When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. At the end of your stay, we have a small tidy up checklist but after checkout we have a cleaning service come in to clean the cottage so you do not have to worry about that! Sorry, but we do not allow pets or smoking in our home or on the premises. This cottage can be rented as one unit (upper & lower levels combined) for 6 bedrooms/3 baths, sleeps 12. It was beautifully decorated, super clean, and everything you could think of was included. We even had some fresh flowers and a welcoming gift when we arrived. So sweet!

This house had absolutely anything you could ever need. The floor plan and the functionality of the space was great. Everything was extremely clean! Perfect location just steps from the beach!

Wonderful stay!!
We recently stayed at this beautiful home for a few nights so that we could visit UNCW. The home is beautiful and clean and it was so nice that some paper products (toilet paper, paper towel) and toiletries (soap, hand soap, shampoo,etc..) were provided. The kitchen was also nicely stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Kelly was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. We’d love to rent this property again in warmer months to take advantage of the beautiful wrap-around porch, the beach cruiser bikes and the proximity (just steps!) from the beach. You can’t go wrong with this property!

Best Beach Cottage Ever
Words can not express how wonderful Kelly's Beach Cottage is! From the moment we walked in the door, everything was perfect! She has beautifully decorated every inch of this home! All the furniture and beds are so comfortable! She equipped the kitchen with top quality appliances, dishes etc. Most importantly....the cottage was very clean! I would highly recommend staying at her home!!

Pandemic getaway
Perfect blend of beach cottage and upscale renovations! Home was immaculate and comfortable with all details taken care of. It was so easy to arrive and immediately relax. Can not wait to return!

This home has everything you need and then some. It is very nicely decorated. We enjoyed our time on the porch every day. Every one of us used the outdoor shower. Our host made sure we had everything we needed. There were flowers and a bottle of wine to greet us. The place was immaculate! There are beach towels and bikes for your use.
We were there for the hurricane and without electricity for a day. Kelly's husband Bryan was there the next morning blowing the sand off of the porch and driveway. We highly recommend this beach house! The location is wonderful too!!

The property was just as described and had beautiful renovations. Kelly was very responsive during our stay and we had a very enjoyable week away during the pandemic. Was a great way to restore some normality. Would highly recommend!

This condo was perfect and exactly as described. The property is very well appointed and has everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. The decor is perfect and the entire home has been renovated. Kelly was easy to communicate with and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. You will not be disappointed!

This house was wonderful for our family vacation. The decor is beautiful, the big porch was perfect, the amenities provided were great. There was nothing more we could have wanted. The house is a short, one minute walk to the beach, right near the pier and close to some great restaurants. We’ll be back!
