Our stay was truly special and memorable. The hotel is located at the top of the mountain, surrounded by breathtaking views and beautiful weather throughout the day. The temperature was pleasantly cool, especially at night, which made the experience even more relaxing.
The room had a beautiful design, was very clean, and the view was absolutely mesmerizing. The whole place felt like a retreat for the soul — peaceful, calming, and surrounded by nature.
We especially loved the pool and its stunning view. The facilities were very well maintained, and you could clearly see the care and attention given to every detail.
A special thank you to the wonderful and friendly staff: Chef Jithin, Akash K, Ersath, Mountree, Vijay, MJ, and Rony. They were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We stayed for four nights, and they surprised us by making a cake for us, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture.
Overall, it was a truly beautiful, peaceful, and refreshing stay. A place that genuinely feels like a retreat for the soul, and somewhere I would happily return to again
The hotel is quite far from the city center, and reaching the property can be a little difficult, especially for first-time visitors.
As for the food, it was good overall, but it would be even better with a wider variety of dishes and more options to choose from.

Decent spread of breakfast. Initial look is not good. But once you enter the property it is good. They have an observation deck and a swimming pool which looks different, because it's not tiled. Cool climate. Staff also good. Peaceful place. Cheap on booking.com than booking directly. Good wind in the evening for Kite flying.
Evening High tea was not up to the standard. Limited snacks and not served properly. Approach road is little bit narrow.
