Through the doors and there are lots of little details that give the property its own identity and makes it feel homely. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, breakfast was wonderful with Emilia’s mum making many items and there with a warm welcome and ensuring all was well. Communication with Emilia was excellent throughout our stay and before with excellent directions to the property. She helped when we had left something behind. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back if we were to return to the area.

This is an amazing B&B we stayed in the wish room. Large King bed super comfy. Large bathroom and 2 terraces (private)..
Breakfast is prepared by Emilia and her Mother. Incredible to detail like is the whole B&B itself. And the hosts are incredible.
It is super clean! And the respect and pride taken is wonderful to see.
It is a true gem and we can't wait to go back!

What an amazing place, furnished with passion and incredibly clean. The owner is incredibly kind. The breakfasts are absolutely the best! You have to come here to try them (see my photos). On our last day, we left early and got a takeaway breakfast, thank you! The house is located close to the Venezia Mestre train station. Very detailed instructions on how to get there and how to check in yourself. I definitely recommend it!

This accommodation is beyond amazing!!! The value and beautiful place far exceeded our expectations. The owner and family were so friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Place is so clean...better than hotels. Location was great and the parking spot was so good.
If we could give a rating higher than a 10+ we would!!
We honestly cannot say anything we didn't like. It was beyond exceptional and excellent value for our money spent.
