I saw hair in the bathroom.

Property looks good on picture that’s why we booked

In real life property look different, we got a studio 200 square foot it’s like no space and room above was so noise. People were walking so load and I didn’t have a good experience for $250. Would never recommend to stay there if y’all looking for quality and calm place.

Hope service improves

The room is nice, clean , comfortable and welcoming.

According to the site it is closer to downtown than in reality. The staff at reception and breakfast is extremely unwelcoming and unfriendly. It’s a pity as the place deserves better service.

Cute place but not worthy the $400/night I paid. Would not recommend or visit again unfortunately. We love to suppor

Property is very cute but not as clean as you would think. The carpet under the bed was filthy and we asked to have it removed and removed ourselves. The staff were very nice and accommodating, but explained they only had one housekeeper for the entire property, which isn’t that big. The location was right off the highway and easy to get around. Parking is available and free.

Not for people who have mobility issues even though the room is advertised as ADA.

elegant decor, room had a refrigerator, which was not mentioned in the room description. Bathroom designed for Americans with Disability Act codes. Room on first floor which was helpful since I had mobility issues due to recent knee replacement surgery and my husband has chronic foot pain.

We didn't stay though we paid an unrefundable one night deposit. The access from outdoors for disabled patrons was unacceptable. The sign identifying the building was poorly lit. The one handicapped parking space at the building entry was occupied by a car without disability plates or placards. Apparently the front desk clerk used the parking space for her car and had been told to do so by management. To get into the lobby, we had to park near the back of the building in the parking area near a stair entrance. I went up the seven steps to find the front desk to learn that there was a small wheechair lift at the front of the building, which also had steps. Someone who used a wheelchair would need to contact the front desk by phone to get help to access the building. The room was right inside the front entrance, facing the street and next to the lobby but we don't know how noisy it would have been. My husband was unhappy with the very small lift with respect to moving luggage and the items we use (pink noise fan, CPAP, etc) for sleep. There was no luggage cart. That is, he would have had to make repeated trips in the very slow moving lift and decided it wasn't worth the extensive effort, so we left.

Stanza piccola decisamente la ragazza della concierge non era all altezza a mio modesto avviso. spesso in USA si trovano al desk ragazzi giovanissimi senza esperienza che parlano solo ripetendo i dicktat della proprietà senza capire che il problema va risolto cmq.

Loved it!

Breakfast was wonderful, the staff were super welcoming and warm. Afternoon fresh-baked cookies were delicious. Room was recently updated and really nice, beds were great, shower was fabulous.

Location is not totally amazing, but it's fairly close to the beach and State Street, so, still pretty good. And once you're in the Hideaway, it lives up to its name and you feel like you're in a peaceful getaway.

The room looked exactly like the photos. The place was clean. The staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch. I would stay here again.

The room had a balcony, but it just looks over the parking area and an ugly building. I think if you are on the top level you should have a nicer view.

Such a cute option for a girl's trip!

The loft style room was perfect with a queen sized bed and two twins. This worked perfect for my two girlfriends and myself for our girl's trip to Santa Barbara. Super cute and comfortable for our stay.

The breakfast varied day by day in terms of quality. The cleaning / food service staff seemed disorganized and a little rough around the edges for a property at this price point.

the Hotel is really cute and comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms are beautifully decorated. great staff and exceptional service.

I do think that the prices are very steep and parking is a challenge if you are driving a car which is bigger than a regular limousine/small SUV. Breakfast is good but it would have been nice to have a bit of a choice and not only "the breakfast of the day" and there is no coffee/tea maker in the room

Disappointing, and very little value for high nightly rate

Comfortable bed

Gourmet breakfast was a joke. An egg on a plate with four slices.of orange as the only fruit. Breakfast room was frigid. Everyone wore jackets. Had to go into the kitchen to ask for breakfast half an hour after.time.it was suppose to be available for guests.

Great walking location

Breakfast was delicious. Location was great for walking to downtown and also to the wharf

The parking was very crowded. Because the brick planter beds were lining the driveway, maneuvering a rental car was nerve wracking.

Exceptional! Perfect!!

This hotel is exceptional! Everything about this hotel was perfect; the staff, parking, cleanliness and facilities! We have been travelling America so been away from home for quite some time and this really gave us a sense of home we had be craving! We did 2 nights and didn’t want to leave! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The fire place in the room really was the cherry on top of the cake! Perfection!

There is nothing that I disliked! Everything was absolutely perfect!

Bad

The hotel was great, but we had an accident with our room. When we checked in and came to the room we found a backpack(how do they check the rooms, before giving a key to new customers? that’s a good question) of course we gave this backpack to the front dest right away. I absolutely did not feel comfortable for the rest of the night, because I always had a feeling that someone is gonna come look for this backpack. In the morning, when I’m already checked out the police started calling me and my husband and asking questions about this backpack. Would I go back to this hotel? absolutely not.

The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful. Good value for money, clean with updated bathrooms. Lovely, stylish little place to stay.
