Located in Scottsdale, this attractive condo for $120 per night is a great option for your next break. Right in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale's shopping and entertainment district! This property has exhilarating sunrises and sunsets, and is located in a prime location. We have been hosting for over 7 years now and have enjoyed every minute of it. Our goal has always been to present a clean and peaceful home for our guest and we’re certain you will enjoy your comforts when staying with us. Our condo is a 5 min walk to Scottsdale Fashion Square mall and Old Town Scottsdale. We are short distance to Camelback mountain, Papago Park, Phoenix Zoo and Desert Botanical Gardens and many golf courses. We are on the ground floor of a two story unit very quiet. Our cute back patio is perfect to sit and enjoy the nice Arizona weather. Our unit is just a few steps from our heated pool and laundry room (secure locks), and the entire complex is very well kept and clean. Our property is always professionally cleaned between each visitor so it's ready for you when you arrive. It’s easy keyless access all instructions are sent one week and again two days before you travel as a reminder. What you can expect when you arrive: • Bottle of Wine and Thank You card • Sparkling clean unit • Clean Linens • Extra towel • Pool towels • Water in the Fridge • Internet • FireStick TV o Youtube TV local channels o Netflix (your account) o Amazon prime o Tons of other TV apps • Fun Fun Fun One parking spot included straight down a pathway and close to our unit. There is lots of visitor parking around the complex should you need it. Laundry is available from 7:00 AM - 10:00PM Facilities are very clean and accessible and locked. Our Condo is your entire place to enjoy! There are no personal items here. Everything in the home is here for your use as our guest. If you need any information on a particular item we will always make sure to get the answers before you arrive so you don't waste any precious time on your stay. Shoot us an email and we will do our best to help. We provide our cell numbers for your access during your stay should any questions or concerns arise. Down Town Scottsdale offers a free Trolley car that travels around the city center. Excellent location and as advertised. Owners were very helpful and ensured everything was to our liking. They checked in with us and worked with us for a later checkout. Location was great. Easy walking distance to old town and camelback. Would highly recommend this property.

We were really pleased with all the amenities and location was fantastic. Close to the pool, no stairs, very clean and quiet. The only thing we found was that there was an odour from smokers, so we got an air freshener which helped. You may want to get the curtains and bedding dry cleaned.

Very nice, kitchen was nicely stocked. Near shopping and access to main roads. Unit numbers are a little weird had some difficulty finding the unit. Smaller pool but pool area nice and clean. Enjoyed the out door patio. Only negative no laundry in the condo, have to go outside to another door but not a big deal. Overall highly recommend this condo and owners.

My sister and I stayed in this condo while visiting my son. The condo is very clean, in a fantastic location at the base of Camelback Mountain. We were within walking distance to Old Downtown Scottsdale, hiking trails on Camelback, and a nice quiet pool outside the sliding doors. Highly recommend.

We come to Phoenix every year for baseball spring training. This condo was perfect for the 4 of us. I especially liked the nice communal areas and the location which is within walking distance from Old Town Scottsdale.

Property is in a great location - near Old Town Scottsdale and walking distance from Fashion Square. Well stocked condo with comfortable beds and sofas. Because the condo is on the first floor, it was easy to move in and out, but the view out the patio door is directly onto the pool with no real privacy to sit outside.

The condo was clean and outfitted with the basics most anyone would need while visiting. The owners were super responsive and helpful. The location is great; nowhere I went was more than a 30-minute drive away. Fashion Square (a huge, high-end mall) is across the street; Old Town Scottsdale is less than 15-minute walk; the entrance to Camelback Mountain for hiking is less than a 10-minute walk away; lots of spas only minutes away. Easy check in and check out. Safe area.

We had a great stay at this property. The condo was very clean and well-stocked. The only items not provided were bath soap and shampoo, but anything and everything else we needed was there. The location provided convenient access to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area and is close to a variety of restaurants and shops being located right by the Fashion Mall. It's an older development, and it is well-maintained and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. We enjoy watching TV in the evening and the streaming options on the television were good. The mattress on the bed in the primary bedroom was firmer that what we have at home, but we slept very well. The HVAC did a nice job of regulating the temperature in the unit since there were significant temperature swings in the weather during our visit. Denise and Armand checked in on us during our stay and let us know they were available if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again.

This was an awesome property. Very clean, and spacious. Fully stocked kitchen. Walking distance from Fashion Square and old Scottsdale. We rented e-bikes at Pedego Electric Bikes Scottsdale on 5th Ave and biked along the canal. I highly recommend!

I had a GREAT stay, so close to Old Town, it was wonderful to be able to walk there and communicating with the owners helped me to find other forms of transportation since I didn't rent a car. Loved the special touches, and fun toliet paper flower...lol. Thanks for a wonderful vacation spot!

This condo is clean and conveniently located. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed. Nice to have a dedicated covered parking spot. For two couples it is just the right size and would be a recommended place to stay near Old Town Scottsdale

A very nice place perfectly cleaned very good for the money the only problem we had was the television We are old people and don't use all the apps etc so we had considerable difficulty finding what we wanted to watch. I felt like we could have gotten more personal help so we could have enjoyed our stay 100 %.. We really received very little help. Other than that item (which was important to us) I would have no problem recommending this condo. phyllis kelly
