We would like to welcome you to our "Rustic Dream Cabin"…your home away from home in Estes Park, Colorado! Since I come from a family if 5, I know what you are looking for in a vacation home when you travel. We have worked very hard to update our home and create a relaxing stress free cozy cabin atmosphere with a rustic and industrial feel plus all the amenities. We spared no expense. Large master bedroom with King size bed Master shower with body sprays and hand held Large guest bedroom with queen size bed Guest bathroom with tub shower Queen sleeper sofa or queen air mattress with built in air pump if you prefer an air mattress instead of a sleeper sofa Graco Pack And Play (for those with infants) Red oak hardwood floors Slate tile in the kitchen and bathrooms Open kitchen with knotty hickory cabinets New stainless steel appliances Granite countertops 3 47" flat screen TVs Gas fireplace in the living room Hydronic heated (radiant) floors Endless hot water Two beautiful sliding doors open to a large stamped back patio Large front windows with views of Mount Olympus, Estes Park Fairgrounds, and Lake Estes facing North East (Perfect for July 4th fireworks) This house is stocked with everything you need from kitchen hardware, linens, towels, high chair, portable crib, board games, air hockey table, foosball table, ping pong table, (table games in the garage/game room) to Wi-Fi. 420. Sorry no pets. This house does not have air conditioning, however; the walls and floor are insulated with expanding foam, which keeps the house cooler in summer and warmer in winter (very well insulated). My family had a great time in Estes Park. The hosts cabin was very clean with everything outlined for check in and checkout to make our stay go smoothly. The house had all the essentials. The beds were very comfy! We loved the hot tub and fire pit. I highly recommend staying here.

The property was everything we thought it would be and more. It was stocked with anything and everything we could imagine we could need. Since we had flown in we weren’t able to bring most things we would normal but found everything we could have needed! We even played a two hour game of Skip Bo one night as we wound down. HIGHLY recommend the property❤️

The house has lots of things for kids in the garage, such as air hockey, which was good for keeping them busy. Weather was too warm to enjoy the hot tub but did enjoy the firepit. Kitchen is well stocked with lots of utensils and pots/pans, if you want to make food at home. The location is on the outskirts of town which was nice to be able to get away from the crowd/traffic and is still very close to downtown. There is a busy road in front of the house which wasn’t bad with traffic noise.

This house was a perfect stay for 2 couples for a long weekend. We all agreed that the warm toilet seats and bidets were a top amenity. We enjoyed an evening in the garage game room. We also enjoyed multiple visits from the Elk bull and herd. We did not have time for the hot tub, but it was conveniently located in the back of the house. We would stay at this house again.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the warm, cozy home; especially the game room, fire pit, and hot tub. It was a great getaway for our family of four. We were very excited to see some elk in the backyard. We would definitely visit again.

Great location. Cleanliness and decor are amazing. Well stocked with a weeks worth of paper products, trash bags, condiments, hair dryer, coolers and so much more. Attention to detail of what you may need was over the top. Great fire pit, hot tub and games galore. Highly recommend this home not to mention the many elk, deer and rabbits we had right in the front yard.

The cabin is beautifully remodeled! Comfortable, clean so many amenities everything you could need. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pits and hot tub in the evenings. Internet went out due to a storm, Dan immediately came over and checked called his internet company and they came right out and replaced the dish on the roof in the rain. We were able to watch our Eagles win! Thanks Dan for sharing your lovely cabin ❤️

Dan is truly the man! He will take care of you. We enjoyed all of the amenities and time at this property. Dan is very responsive and will make sure any issues are addressed promptly. Perfect location in Estes Park to get to anywhere you need to be. We will definitely be rebooking with Dan next time we head to Estes Park.

This cabin was a perfect spot to launch our hiking weekend in RMNP. The host was super helpful and the backyard oasis was a fantastic place to relax after a long day in the woods. :) We loved it!

For our family this house was in great location and near several breweries and restaurants we could walk to. This has been totally remodeled inside and out and the backyard with hot tub and fire pit area was great! We hiked then came and got in hot tub and then had drinks by the pit. We actually ate breakfast every morning at the high top fire pit to enjoy the cooler weather. Dan's place is very well stocked with everything you could need and has lots of spices in cabinet. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Estes Park!

Such a fun place to stay. We were with 2 other couples and absolutely loved the back yard (fire pit, bar, hot tub) and the garage with many game options. We had a long trailer that hauled two buggies and had plenty of room to park in the drive way. Recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun and clean house. Dan also was available via text or phone for any questions and checked in on us the evening we arrived to make sure everything was good. Great host!!

My wife and I, our daughter and her husband and our two grandchildren stayed for one week. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The property owner, Dan was awesome to work with and checked in on us through the week to make sure everything was good. The house is beautiful and has an amazing backyard. We will definitely look this place up again.

All the extras - played ping pong, basketball, corn hole and relaxed by the fire pit and in the hot tub. My 2 boys loved the place! Comfy beds, clean, washer/dryer and close to downtown. Only cons were road noise and no AC. I would still book again though, especially with kids. Dan is a great host - super quick to respond and provide supplies if needed.

We hiked everyday while staying in Estes; the Rustic Dream Cabin was the perfect place to comfortably crash upon our return! The hot tub soothed sore muscles! Rain and cold limited our enjoyment of the outdoor space, but ping pong livened up the evenings. Dan was wonderful with communication and we had an amazing time!!

The property was perfect. We stayed for just a quick weekend getaway and couldnt believe just how perfect it was. The backyard with the bar and hot tub were a dream and we had a blast playing ping pong and air hockey in the garage. The whole place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Someone had a ton of fun with a label maker because absolutely everything was labeled which made it easy to find/work everything. I also really appreciated the communication from the host as well as the recommendations directly from him and in the binder at the house. If you stay here definitely take a look at the binder. The before and after pictures are fantastic! We will definitely be coming back the next time we need to get out of the city for a few days. Thank you!

This house was perfect for our family! We enjoyed the hot tub, foosball, ping pong and even the miniature bowling. The house is in a perfect location, so close to everything but yet feels secluded. Dan was a great host, even brought us batteries when the power went out for a few hours(the whole town). It was definitely interesting to see all darkness over the city. Overall great stay and great location.

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The views were beautiful, the house was beautiful and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the backyard fire pit and the hot tub as well. It was well located near food and shopping and Rocky mountain park was just a 4 min drive. The check in check out process was easy. The owner is extremely friendly and responds in a quick manner. We are really looking forward to visiting again soon.

Everything was just as described. And to my kids and wife who didn’t read through the listing i.e. didn’t know exactly what to expect - they were thrilled. All the necessary things are labeled in a helpful way (light switches, how to open garage etc.). Very good location! Walking distance to good coffee and an easy drive to the main strip, but plenty of space to spread out and let the kids play. 3 deer walked up within 20ft of the house! Was a great stay and provided a great Christmas morning for our family of 4!

This house was absolutely perfect for us. The remodel Dan did is amazing. Modern updates were great. Best equipped kitchen of any VRBO we have stayed in. Modern bathrooms. Very comfortable king mattress in master. Patio area is great - gas grill, fire table, fire pit, hot tub. Back yard was frequented by Elk and Mule Deer almost daily. Great location. Easy access to all parts of Estes Park and RMNP. Dan's communication and responsiveness was great. He clearly has great attention to detail. We will definitely be back!

Our family rented this gorgeous house in Estes for my sister’s mountain wedding! The house was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. The family especially enjoyed the spacious hot tub, lots of large Elk walking in the morning on the property, and morning walks to Ziiggi’s coffee shop. We also enjoyed the beautiful sunrises over the mountains from the living room! Beautiful sites and the location was less than 10 minutes from everything!

The owner Dan turned this cabin into the best place for entertainment. My then fiancé and I wanted somewhere special and fun to stay during our wedding week here in EP; this cabin did not disappoint. The views, the hot tub, the fire trough, and the location itself were excellent. We and our after party guests had a blast. Thanks Dan!

Highly rated rental property. Very comfortable and complete. Well maintained as depicted in photos. Lots of nice extra goodies on the back patio and garage. In town, but away from the congestion. I stay in lots of VRBO's and this one is a good value.
