The location was great, we loved that we had access to a full kitchen. The entire Inn was spotless and Noelia made our stay an absolute joy! What an asset to your business and guests!

Location convenient - a Small car rental highly recommended. They have on site parking, and is centrally located to majority of the main attractions. You can get to points of interest within 90 minutes, depending upon the ever changing weather.
The staff is truly amazing!! Whoever the main lady is (I believe its Noelia), she deserves to be making top of salary range, and needs to be cloned from a hospitality standpoint. She went above and beyond any individual I have EVER interacted with at a place I've stayed. When they say cleaning days are M-W-F, they clean EVERYTHING!
If you go there for no other reason, go there to meet Noelia. She is truly that amazing of a person.
Travel light. We booked this planning a 10 day trip post Madeira visit with two 25+ KG suitcases plus two carry-ons that had to be lugged up to the 3rd floor. Did make for a tight squeeze when suitcases not stored (note - there is ample closet space).
If there's an issue with room (register/AC, bidet, etc), someone may not be able to assist immediately dependent on time.
