Enjoyed our stay for our family vacation, location was good, walking distance to everything we needed or wanted to do. Thought it had beach access from the street the house is located on but it didn’t, access from 12th Street was not too far. The outside shower with hot water was was great for washing off sandy children. Bring a large frying pan if you like to cook bacon, other than that, it was nicely equipped.

This is an unassuming townhouse with a lot of upside. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. It's proximity to the IGA made it so easy to grab items we needed in a pinch. We had walkable access to ice cream, souvenirs, restaurants, etc. We rented bikes and barely used our car during our time here. The house is clean, well stocked and had ample space for our family of five. Although there are no interesting views from the screened-in porch, it is still a terrific feature that makes this house stand out. A usable portion of it even remained dry during heavy thunderstorms. At first we thought the house's proximity to the main road would be noisy, but it was peaceful and made all of our walks that much quicker and easier. Our only concern is that we could not find a recycling bin on the property even though the binder in the house suggested there should have been one, and there were bins located at neighboring properties. Thank you for a great stay!

The home and location are outstanding. Plenty of room for all who participated in our birthday celebration consisting of four adults and one very active 2-year-old. Proximity to the IGA market was very helpful. We did most of our cooking in the home and found all we needed. A wooden cutting board would be a nice addition. Be aware that all seasonings needed for your cooking will need to brought with you or purchased. A minor suggestion would be to update the booklet found at the house as well as the messages received from natural retreats regarding the number of keys available. There is only one key which is kept in the lockbox very convenient. The message received indicated there were multiple keys which I spent a good bit of time looking for only to learn once I contacted management that there was only one key. Also the information regarding the collection of recyclables was confusing as you're not to use the blue recycling container. However management when questioned gave directions as to what we could do in order to recycle. The home's screened in deck was a real plus to our trip. It made for a very comfortable and bug-free eating and visitation area. The management was very prompt to text messages and responsive to our needs. Thanks for a great stay.
