Bender Realty was great… overall, property/unit was old and not up to my standards. Elevator kept breaking down, furnishings were used and cheap, rust in the freezer, rust on washing machine and Dryer, black mold in the shower, coffee pot had to be 10 plus years old and very stained. Will never stay here again… oh no rugs whatsoever in the unit, floor was dirty, tiny broom in the closet was almost useless… found candy wrappers between the cushions of the chair in the living room. Only 1 roll Of toilet paper per bathroom and only 3 sets of towels provided. Overall not pleased with the unit but the folks at Bender were nice, again will not be staying here ever again.

There was a lot of noise coming from the unit beside us. Lots of door slamming over and over. The dryer made horrible sound when used. The ac filter was super dirty. Mold around the bottom of shower door could have used some clorox. People above us were smoking on the deck and we had to come in several times to get away from the smell. Our stay would have been great if not for the above reasons.

Title Floor and Couches Very Dirty! Had a issue with the AC Unit with uncontrollable dripping (day&night)all of the 4 days while we were there. Bender Realty sent the repair service out to the condo multiple times with no results during our stay. Disappointing the issue wasn't identified before they rent out the owner's condo.

Reviewer Comments: The vacation was great since I was able to go Deep Sea Fishing for Red Snappers, play Golf, go on the beach some and eat at some good restaurants. We were also able to hear a good band at the Flora-Bama with friends from Louisiana.When we arrived at the property in Unit 401, the air conditioning was not working. We called the Reality office and the had to get Roberts A/C to replace a fan motor on the roof. The furniture was chipped up, the curtains were ugly and the bed skirts were on the wrong beds. The bed cover in the master bedroom should be replaced with a newer one and there were no curtains in that room.The food rack on the refrigerator inside door fell off when we opened it and the handle was loose.The knobs on the cabinets were different an chipped.The tub in the master bedroom needed to be recauked and the paint was chipped behind it.The TV in the living room was way too small for the console.The sliding door on the master bedroom was off its track for the back door.The steam room was also out of order.Also, the price for this unit was way too high for it's condition. This should have been priced around $185/night at most.

Nothing fancy here just straight forward two bedroom two bath condo. Needs some updating and a good cleaning. Needs to be checked by staff if sits for awhile as the floors had sand on them and the toilets were stained with rust. Funny smell as you entered the condo made me wonder what was being stored in the owners closet. Actually smelled like old smoke. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Will rent again due to location and staff.

We rented a condo at the Caribbean 501 in September and having stayed at their condo, Room 401 was very disappointing. I would not request it.

We arrived late, but Bender Realty made it easy to check in after-hours. We loved the location of the Caribbean condo, right on the beach and close to everything off the beach. The rooms were nice and everything was clean. Don't expect it to be a five-star accommodation, but it was definitely comfortable for us. I would recommend staying here and using Bender Realty for your booking.

Caribbean 401 was PERFECT for us. The condo was ready upon our arrival at 2:15 that Thursday afternoon. Check-in was quick and the staff at Bender were very helpful with area information, guidebooks and coupons. This condo came with reserved covered parking and this particular unit had one RIGHT BY THE elevator. Very handy. The condo was clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was adequately stocked. ( Bring your own corkscrew though ) The master bathroom garden tub was amazing !! And double vanities. Grounds and pool area was clean. Beach access was easy and perfect. The beach chair service staff were awesome!! $30 for two chairs and they come by several times a day to reposition the umbrella for you, if you wish. We will definitely check to see if this unit is available the next time we visit Gulf Shores.

It was well furnished, the beds were very comfortable and the view was beautiful.The best part was being able to have our sweet little furbaby with us. The only negative I can think of was poor quality of the balcony chairs, plus there was not a table on the balcony. A quick trip to WalMart solved that - but we took the table and chairs with us when we left.The ladies at Bender were very, very helpful and nice. We are looking forward to staying again!

Some of the furnishings could stand to be replaced. Indoor pool was great for the infants. They were able to enjoy the water and not have to be out in the sun. Need new skillets. There were no hangers in closets, therefore we could not hang up our clothes. I chose this because it is pet friendly. Having my fur baby with me made everything perfect.
