Located in West Beach, this attractive condo for $439 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Luxurious 5th floor unit with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and kitchen. Caribbean #403 is located in a Gulf front, low density complex that has only 32 units. It features 9' ceilings. We have a heated salt water indoor pool, fitness center, and outdoor pool in addition to the beach steps away to help you relax. Our unit comes fully furnished with all the conveniences you expect in a luxury vacation home. We stock our unit with premium sheets; 400+ thread count and extra plush towels to give that luxurious feel you deserve. We have extensively renovated our condo with all tile floors, granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, dining room and living room furniture. A luxurious vacation awaits you! Your summer/spring vacation or winter retreat will be perfect in this beach front condo with 1 bedroom, built in hall bunks, and 1 1/2 baths. It includes everything you could possibly want in a relaxing and fun-filled Gulf Shores summer vacation or for your winter retreat. Our fully furnished kitchen includes everything you will need for all your cooking necessities. This unit is pet friendly for dogs only, however no dogs are allowed on the beach in the city limits. We have a pet fee of $105 for 1 or $175 for 2. No cats allowed. Property was very clean and recently updated. Loved the colors. Had 2 coffee pots (yay!) Condo was a couple minutes drive from great restaurants and shops.
The view was beautiful. Right on the beach and over the outdoor pool.
Plenty of parking but it was a little tight so larger vehicles may have issues.
Brought our furbaby and she loved staring out the window.
Great weekend getaway. We'll definitely stay again.

My corgi went with me and it was good. Only problem was it was on 4th floor so taking Tex outside 4 times a day was a hassle.

Great location right on the beach with nice view of the ocean. Everything you need is provided.... cooler, umbrella, kitchen utensils etc.... About a mile from main intersection with restaurants and shopping. Convenience market for other daily needs within walking distance. Nice pool for when you don't want to deal with the sand.

Great condo. Has everything you need and the instructions very clearly tell you what is and is not included. Nice place thats not crowded and close to stires and restaurants. Onlt advice i have is get there during the day if its your first stay. Its a little difficult to find at night. Other than that, no complaints.

Loved staying here for our beach getaway! The building is smaller so less waiting time for the elevator and elevator is right by the rooms! So with kids that was a huge relief!! Short walk to the beach and they had a umbrella and few nets the boys enjoyed! My only complaint would be that the floors didn’t look swept when we arrived, lots of hair on the floor. But I just cleaned it up and enjoyed the rest of our vaca!

The condo was not very clean ,the bedding for the pull out smelled like dogs and found sand and crackers on mattress pad. The floors were nasty been a long time sinced mopping. The rules for tents on beach are not very clear. There should be more beach rule information provided by rental properties.

Such a cute little place. Perfect for us! It was a super quiet stay with the best beach access! We took our little pup. Many other families had their dogs as well! It had fabulous views, great location, and overall a great place!

Amazing place to stay! #403 is a perfect size with absolutely everything you need. Including a great view of the beach. Small condo so not overcrowded. Very very short walk to the beach. This will definitely be our new beach spot!

Nice place for a couple with a dog! The beach has eroded a lot compared to the photos and the boardwalk is much shorter than the one pictured, so there's not a lot of beach. Some local news articles mentioned there are restoration efforts in the works later this year and it didn't impact our vacation at all. It's just something to note so you aren't surprised when you see it in person, like we were. Otherwise the condo had everything we needed and was nice to stay in!

Check in was really easy and parking was great. The condo is decorated nicely and the bed was comfortable. The first thing we noticed was there was no lock or latch on the front door. Our two year old almost escaped with the pull handle door. The top bunk had no ladder or railing, so for safety two of our kids had to sleep on the bottom bunk. Luckily they are small so it worked out. The bathroom fan was falling out of the ceiling and there where unpatched holes from the shower curtain falling. The balcony door lock is broken, so there was a bathroom stall latch to the side which wasn't very secure. Easy for small kids to wiggle free. There was no rod in the door frame for extra security. We loved the beach since it is a smaller condo it wasn't crowed at all. Good condo just need someone to come in and fix some issues. I would stay there again with my husband, just not the kids due to the safety issues.

We looked for a condo that we could take our dog with us. This place is perfect in location and amenities. The kitchen is very well stocked and we absolutely loved the sheets in the master. May sound weird but that is the most comfortable bed we have slept on while on travel! Guarantee you can't go wrong chosing this place. We definitely intend to book there again!

We were able to book the trip with short notice and could not have been more satisfied with the location and the accommodations. We were very comfortable for a quick beach trip for just the two of us and our dog. Communication was great throughout the entire experience with any questions I had. You can’t get a better view from the large balcony. If you have a pet, there is only a short distance between the condominium building and where the sidewalk starts for walks and a large enough shoulder on the road that you still feel safe. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had all the supplies needed for us to prepare breakfasts and lunches. Really a great experience overall.

We had a great time at this location. It was a great location. We literally walked outside and was on the beach. We rented the chairs & umbrella from Ike’s Rental for $95 for 3 days. It was a great deal. We didn’t have to worry about having a good spot, set up or take down. The condo was great. It had everything we needed. Communication with owner was great. She answered my questions right away. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location & view!
Positive:
*On beach w/ gorgeous view from great balcony.
*Overall clean, simple/cute decor, has most cooking and baking necessities, great coffee pot and a keurig, very comfortable bed in bedroom, bunk beds mostly comfortable.
*Always hot water for showers, great washer/dryer (dryer rattled because of position on washer).
*Had 3 beach chairs, 1 noodle, some simple beach toys.
*Near everything you need.
*Our section of beach never seemed overcrowded.
*Owners were easily reached if needed.
*Nice simple outdoor pool.
*Ikes rental service is right on beach near condo, rented 2 lounge chairs and umbrella for 3 days for $90. They set up and take down.
As stated:
*Can sleep 6 with king bed, queen sleeper sofa, twin hall bunk beds, 1 full and 1 half bath, but with 2 adults and 4 teens 13-20, we would recommend a larger condo if you have more than 4 people. It was certainly doable bc I like to spend less on accommodations and more on experiences, but pretty cramped.
*Seating is couch, chair, table seating for 4, and 2 chairs at bar. Better seating for up to 4 people. Doable, but not super comfortable for 6.
*One roll toilet paper/bathroom, one roll paper towel, one garbage bag, two dw pods. That seems standard for most condos, but not super guest friendly.
*Parking pass in condo. Parking at condo but I would describe as crowded not ample in lot. There is overflow parking across street.
Suggestions (for sleeping 6 as advertised):
*More comfortable sofa bed mattress.
*Longer couch for more seating-could put chair in corner b/t TV and patio door, take out end tables, add another cute floor lamp instead of end table lamp.
*A rectangle dining table with bench against wall then surround with the 4 chairs for more seating-could remove bar chairs bc mostly in the way.
Places we ate:
*The Cove Bar & Grill- not busy, prices vs portions could be more balanced, blackened chicken quesadillas and blackened chicken stuffed avacado were both really really good.
*The Fish River Grill- arrived about 430, on our way out at 530 there was a 2 hour wait, all good food, prices & portions good match, you won't leave hungry.
*Oyester House- go early afternoon, long wait otherwise, decent-good food for price.
*Cactus Cantina- excellent Mexican food, big portions, nice outdoor seating.
To do:
*Parasail- we booked online with one that had a 5% coupon.
*Mini golf/go-kart place.
*If you like history, Fort Morgan, Local free museum, historic Shell Banks cemetery.
Will book again!

Pet friendly get away!
I was so thankful that this location allowed us to have our dogs with us. The proximity to the beach was nice. The condo decor was beachy and fun, however it could of used a little more deep cleaning. Overall it was a nice place to stay and I would definitely book again. The owners were very quick to respond to questions. We had a nice stay and enjoyed the sites and sounds of Gulf Shores.

Great condo that is right on the beach. Balcony was huge and had nice patio furniture. The A/C was good and cold. The washer and dryer and all appliances were new and worked great. The bed was comfortable. I never sleep good when I stay away from home but I did this time. I couldn't believe I slept so well but the bed was really comfortable! It was a pet friendly also (our Shi Tzu Lucy gives it a thumbs up!) If I could change one thing it would be the parking. There are limited spaces in front of the condo but there is a lot across the street you can use so it wasn't that bad. Thanks!
