Lovely location, very peaceful environment. Super clean, decorated beautifully, light and airy and well appointed. Great choice of cereals for breakfast, a full loaf of fresh bread, jam, butter, yoghurt and milk. Hosts were very welcoming. Lovely large pond with table and chairs for relaxing and spotting the heron! Only 10mins walk to the village pub which served decent pub meals
Nothing. Only thing that would have been helpful is to have a vanity mirror of some kind near to a socket for drying hair.

Bamboo Lodge proved to be a real find with an excellent contemporary finish and filled with quality items e.g. towels, toiletries, bedding and furniture.
The kitchen area was well stocked with breakfast cereals and the added touch of providing milk, bread, butter and home made jam was a bonus.
There was nothing that we did not like !

The Bamboo Lodge was brilliant! It was spacious, well-equipped, very clean and situated in a really lovely location! Rich and Nathalie were brilliant as well. They communicated very well, they provided great information about local things to do - places to eat, visit etc., and they were very friendly.

Very clean
A couple of fold up chairs in kitchen would be a benefit so don’t have to stand having breakfast. Or take coffee upstairs. Also some bread or pastries would be good for non cereal non yoghurt lovers … but I am fussy !
