Was apprehensive of getting into the room due to having to follow instructions but got in and it was easy from there. Accomodation is situated right in the centre. Couldn’t be better. Room was clean. Bed comfortable.
Didn’t like sharing the bathroom. Room very expensive for what you get. I paid £255 for 2 nights. Ouch!

The room was spacious with table and chairs.
Proximity to the centre and beach was an ultimate advantage.. Room was clean and nice and most importantly the commutation through phone was prompt, quick and in English.
There is nothing I didn’t like, but maybe the owner could consider add just one share fridge. That would be kind of handy.

It was very clean and comfortabl. Location was perfect. Check-in was easy and explained step by step
Bit pricey for a room without it's own bathroom, though it wasn't really an issue. For San Sebastian it seems to be a really good value comparing to others

The central location was excellent - but we paid €198 for a Saturday night and the room was not worth it - we were desperate and got a last minute booking - as we needed to get a bus early the next morning so we needed to be close to the bus station. Bathroom was shared but clean.
The room was too hot and the fan was noisy- it had a window which overlooked a service area - grotty view - very old dirty chair. There was an old damp smell
from the main stairway.
