Location was excellent. Right in the middle of everything. Close to the beach, bus station, major shops, restaurants, cafe's. I could not fault the location. Air condition in main living space and also in bedrooms which was great as it was 30+ when we were there.
We liked almost everything. A couple of very minor suggestions. Maybe update the TV to a WiFi enabled SMART TV which is now the norm in most apartment rentals these days. Fix the door on the fridge as it's awkward to open the freezer door. The place was very clean but the grouting and seals could do with a refresh in the shower.

Die Lage ist hervorragend für einen Besuch von San Sebastian geeignet. Mitten im Einkaufsviertel, nahe an der Altstadt, nahe am Strand. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Große und geräumige, modern eingerichtete Wohnung.
Am Wochenende kann es nachts von der Straße her laut sein. Kleine Dysfunktionalitäten (Kühlschranktür u.ä.).

Die Lage ist sehr gut, alles ist in Kürze gut erreichbar
Die Wohnung war überhaupt nicht sauber, dazu ist die Dusche voller Schimmel und der Heizkörper mit viel Rost. Es ist eine Frechheit eine Wohnung mit einem solchen Badezimmer zu vermieten. Die Wohnung ist an einer guten Lage, aber ziemlich von Lärm umgeben.
