The apartment location was absolutely fantastic, opposite Zara and on the 1st floor so easy to access. Very close to the beautiful La Concha beach. Clean and modern with everything you need (even beach towels & umbrella)! It also has shower gel & shampoo and air con in lounge and bedroom.

The location was perfect. On a busy, but not noisy, pedestrian street in the heart of San Sebastián - 2 min from large supermarket & 5 min to La Concha beach. It had plenty of room and all the facilities required including a mid week clean.
Good communication from hosts.
Very little. A welcome pack would be nice. The sofa bed could do with a clean. Perhaps a safe too.

The apartment was fine and had everything we needed and the location in the city was good and central, within easy reach of everything.
There is major refurbishment works going on both inside the apartment building and to the building immediately across the street. This was very noisy during working hours. We are disappointed that the owners did not tell us about these works. I would imagine that these works will last for a few months more, possibly all of 2026.
