The resort is the most beautiful place on earth, so calm and peaceful. The accommodation was spotless and cleaned daily. The restaurant was amazing and the food was delicious. Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful. We could have stayed longer and we will definitely go back again!

The two ladies at reception (unfortunately I didn’t catch their names) were exceptionally welcoming and warm, always happy to help. Even before my arrival, they responded quickly to all my questions through the app and promptly arranged a reliable airport transfer for me. (Thank you thank you thank you!)
The housekeeping team also deserves special recognition, they were incredibly professional, genuinely friendly, and always greeted guests with a smile.
The rooms are extremely comfortable, spotless, and very well maintained.
The pool is fantastic, offering breathtaking views and plenty of comfortable, well-maintained sun loungers.
Breakfast offers a good selection of options, with many products sourced locally, which adds a lovely authentic touch to the experience.
At the restaurant they serve a spuma di ricotta con crumble alla pesca e cannella that is genuinely one of the best top three desserts I’ve ever had - and I travel a lot!
The restaurant is a 7/10. The lunch menu is somewhat limited and could offer more variety, while the dinner menu is much stronger.
The minibar is quite minimal, with just two complimentary bottles of water (one still and one sparkling), but I believe they are replenished upon request.

I personally liked the location as it is in a remote and very quiet area. Surrounded by beautiful views of nature
I know that I have booked for only one night but I have felt rushed by the staff.
I have booked a couple’s massage for me and my partner. I did request a bathrobe to be delivered to the room but this never happened.
After the massage, we had to walk back to the room in a towel, which meant going outside into the courtyard, in the cold evening.
The checkout hours should not be acceptable. The hospitality industry is taking advantage of the customers by pushing g the check-in hours later and the check-out hours earlier.
For breakfast we were reminded that breakfast is finishing at 10 am.
I work in the High-end hospitality industry for highly important people for many years now and this level of service is not acceptable, if you claim to have a high-end establishment.
Another annoying part are the resorts with spa. There should be an option to see, if the spa availability is completely booked before you make the reservation. Otherwise, it would make zero sense to travel many hours and not be able to enjoy all the amenities at the facility.
