Everything was neat, spotless and beautifully designed, and the location is excellent for exploring Florence. Special thanks to the lady at the reception — always smiling, very kind, and she explained everything clearly and patiently. She really made our stay feel welcoming.
Nothing at all.

10 out of 10 place - highly recommend to anyone and everyone! For a group of 5, we got the penthouse and it did not disappoint. We had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - the master is a bit away from the rest of the rooms but still amazing. We appreciated how clean the place was and that house keeping would come to tidy up and leave us more water. The staff also exceeded all of our expectations. I cannot recommend this place more - there's even an elevator incase you are over packers like us!
Nothing that we disliked! If there was one wish, we would want a washer/dryer and maybe more comfortable seating in the living room! There was one large couch and a lounge chair so someone always awkwardly sat at one of the two normal dining room type chairs which weren't as comfy.
