Everything was more than what I expected , the facility , the room , the ambiance , the atmosphere the choice of food will excellent.The buffet was excellent.\nSo many choices to choose from.
I'm not sure what could have been better because I didn't expect without experience , so it was good overall.

Beach was nice. Lots of chair. Adult side was very clean. Restaurants had very good food. Staff is awesome.
I didn’t like that there were conferences going on all the time. It would have been nice to have it more of a couples vibe.
I did not like there was not an adult only hydro therapy spa and that other people could book in just to use the hydro therapy and steam/sauna not just spa costumers.
I did not like that there was a couple nights that the buffet was closed and we could not book into the restaurants. So only option was to go to buffet on kids side.
