We loved almost everything, but especially concierges Raul Ocampo and Roberto (pool concierge)... they were great, truly assets to your resort staff. The pools are gorgeous, the all inclusive food was wonderful, fresh, huge variety, and delish. The communication between hotel staff, concierge and internal resort shuttle, really surprised us how much they all knew about our experience from person to person. The restaurant staff is outstanding as well. We loved the monkeys, the iguanas, the birds, the cuoti, the raccoons and the capybara... all added so much to our experience. Thank you for loving the wild life and integrating the resort kindly into their home.
When we checked in, we were going on 4 hrs of sleep and numerous hours since our last meal. We just wanted to get our bags to our room and eat. The immediate conversations about timeshares and perks for our time to listen on our vacation was a bit offputting. Please reconsider your approach. It took us by surprise and made us question everything about the check in and whether or not something sketchy was going on. We were only there for 3 nights of our trip, we didnt want to spend even a moment of our time talking about timeshares. You might consider that before you start pressing the timeshare aspect with guests who are staying less than a week. That said, the rest of the stay was a great experience.

Luxury in the jungle, i cannot describe the feeling and sight as well as it is, its just beyond expectations, worth every penny and more, the staff and service are extremely professional, something ive never experienced until we stayed here. Will be back. Mayordomía Julio and Luis are professional and go above and beyond to make the stay the best as possible, they handle everything you wish to do and are just friendly good people. Along with the service staff. Best resort hotel in cancun in my opinion.
The only downside would be to expect to see clear blue water and you go during a heavy seaweed season, not the hotels fault but they clean the beaches every morning, we didnt need the beach anyway really because theres so many pools and entertainment in the resort. The kids had so much fun in the kids section which is throught the resort they have kids section everywhere so they are very family friendly resort.
