Friendly staff, professional, and efficient. Everyone was helpful when I asked for assistance.
Pool bar bartender ignoring non-spanish speaking patrons. Waited 30 minutes for drinks. He was busy but obviously ignored us.this occured our first day and we stopped going to the swim up bar. Went else where for drinks and brought to pool.

This is a great little resort, away from Cancun. It takes a bit to get there, but is a nice quiet place to stay and relax. The little town with a marina in the middle gives a nice place to explore, They have a dolphin place there and plenty of deep sea fishing boats for hire. The resort itself is a little older, but very well kept. Room was in great shape, food was good with lots of variety. Small beach area with from shore snorkeling.
Need to keep a pool open longer into the evening, they all seemed shut down not long after sunset. Some kind of fans in the buffet dinning area, when there was no sea breeze, it got very uncomfortable, couple fans would have gone a long way.

The restaurants and the shows
That there was construction work next to our room and it was really loud ADN annoying everyday we were there. My baby could take her usual nap because of the noise

The views
Rooms do not have body lotion, or conditioner. That’s only for privileged guests! I wish I’d known before booking. Plus a few roaches in the room. Tiny ones in the bathroom and the table in the room. We did not have any food in the room so it’s environmental.
