La ubicación.

Son generosos pero no te dan agua de cortesía. Un detalle que en el resto de los hoteles en Italia nos ofrecieron por no ser potable.

Petit déjeuner médiocre. pour un hôtel 4 étoiles c'est lamentable.

Le petit déjeuner, l'espace réduit de la chambre, peu d'infrastructure, ménage certainement fait à la va vite. draps tachés, tache et trou dans la sale de bain, auréoles sur table de chevet, miroir sale poussière partout, emplacement de la chambre qui ne correspondait pas à ma réservation. Exemple: je réserve une chambre avec vu sur la place et me retrouve avec vu sur la rue. Instruction erronée sur les points forts de la chambre. Exemple: parking, en vérité l'hôtel n'a pas de parking mais vous invite à vous garer a proximité sur les parkings de la ville et prix exorbitant. Publicité mensongère. Lamentable pour un 4 étoiles.

L’emplacement et le petit déjeuner

Kleines, aber nettes Zimmer. Das Bad war wunderschön mit viel Platz. Zimmerfrühstück sehr herzlich angerichtet. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am letzten Tag hatten wir leider kein Warmwasser. Irgend etwas war defekt. Wir haben das Check-out gemacht ohne zu duschen. Der Inhaber ist uns aber mit dem Hotelpreis sehr entgegengekommen. Danke für das.

Unser Zimmerblick war leider nicht auf die schöne Piazza Madama sondern an eine schreckliche Hauswand mit verschiedenen Kleider die hingen und Putzmaterial. Schade, war kein schöner Anblick.

Es war traumhaft, sehr schöne Zimmer und das Frühstück aufs Zimmer war das Tüpfelchen auf dem i. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Stanza bellissima, cura in ogni dettaglio, pulizia perfetta, kit per gli ospiti insuperabile. Abbiamo dormito benissimo perché il letto è davvero comodo. Vista dal balconcino pazzesca e insonorizzazione ottimale!! Colazione super completa e abbondante!

The Parking lot was extreamely difficult to locate and get into.

Ottima posizione, nel cuore del centro di Torino. Camera molto bella e arredata con gusto. personale gentile e accogliente. Buona la colazione servita in camera.

In bagno mancava il bidet, stava la predisposizione , molto probabilmente è una camera destinata ai diversamente abili.

We had a pleasant room with a lovely bathroom and good AC

I had not appreciated the check-in time and my plane was late. I was met by a grumpy member of staff. I appreciate the staff member had waited and worked overtime to meet me. My learning is to only spend this amount of money on a real holiday with a desk open in the evening and proper support to travellers.

Excellent location, just in front of the Palazzo Madama and the Royal Palace !

It was very clean and the location is very convenient.

There should be more fruits for the breakfast and to avoid food wastage, i suggest to ask what people want for breakfast before.
