I have stayed in many outstanding hotels throughout my life, but I can honestly say that this is one of the very best.
From the moment I arrived, I felt as though I were living in a palace. The room was truly princely—beautiful, elegant, and impeccably appointed. What made the experience even more exceptional was the constant attention and genuine care of the staff. Their kindness, professionalism, and impeccable service made every moment feel special.
This was far more than a hotel stay; it was an unforgettable experience. I sincerely hope to return very soon. Thank you for making me feel so welcome and so wonderfully cared for.

Great location. Staff were super helpful. Breakfast was not included but is free! And was very good. Bed is so comfortable and shower excellent.

The room is beautiful, with frescos and with a prime location. The staff was very nice and attentive, specially our butler and the front desk employees.
The breakfast was honestly deplorable: it was the worst breakfast I ever saw in a hotel. Two or three dried croissants, frozen bread, one type of cheese and that was basically it - sad excuse for a breakfast, specially in a 5* hotel.
Also, we stayed in one of the suites, which is confusing when you arrive because the suites are part of a hotel that has a different name, so you have to check in and then you have to cross the street to go to your room and to the lobby and vice versa.
