Comfortable rooms, great breakfast, well located and great staff who were bi-lingual and assisted me with accomodation in Gressoney La Triinite.
The lift was a little 'dodgy' but I soon learnt all the lifts in Italy were the same. Just very old, but effective e.g. They did there job.

The spa was excellent especially as it was included!. The outdoor space was very pleasant, relaxing and peaceful, liked the tough of complementary drinks in room fridge and staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Staff was helpful and the fact they have some drinks for you on the fridge was nice. Breakfast was good and tasty.
Found the hotel a bit different from the pictures on site. Went there with my family and my little 2 and a half years old boy was hyped up to use the swimming pool only to find out that they have a policy for kids under 4 not to use the swimming pool. Only reason this hotel was booked at that high price was the swimming pool and on the end didn’t get to use it. No tea or coffe on the bedrooms. Elevator and room fairly small.
