The location of the hotel is excellent, in historical centre and next to Porta Nova station.
We stayed 3 nights in June 2026, in the days where it was the pick of very high temperatures. What it was uncomfortable is the fact that in the room was not a fridge to keep the water fresh. Room was small but clean everyday. Breakfast it was nice. The location excellent.

Close to the station and the areas we wanted to visit.
Our room was on the 5th floor and the shutters on the windows were metal. They got really hot during the day and made the room warm

Easy to get to and from Puorta Nuova train station and to walk to the Royal Palace and other areas on interest. Some great restaurants close by and the breakfast buffet had a good range of food and drinks.
The drains in the bathroom smelt, we had to run hot water down them to clear the rotten egg smell when we arrived and in the morning.
Access to the shower cubicle is tiny, any larger adult would struggle to get in.
It was unseasonally warm at 30 degrees, however the A/C couldn't be turned on because it was still April. It was too noisy to have the window open all night. A fan would have been helpful.
In the hallway near us there was a water leak (staff were aware) and the smell of wet carpet had started to permeate into our room, again a fan would have helped.
