This is my second time at this beautiful hotel and as always the staff especially Gaida and the team are always helpful and friendly and the room has everything you require for your stay in Torino.

Confortable, clean
Got woke up 3 times in the middle of the night full lights on , AC blowing. Apparently there was an electrical outage in the night, but who let all the lights in the bedrooms lite up when the power comes back.
