About this condo rental
Located in Mammoth Lakes, this charming condo for $99 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. The condo: Spacious, renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath in the heart of Mammoth Lakes! Sleeps 4 with 1 comfy king bed and 1 queen Murphy bed. Steps from the green line bus stop that takes you through town, the village, and to Eagle lodge. Walking distance to restaurants/nightlife including Rafters, Jimmys Taverna, Roberto’s, Nik & Willy’s, etc. Private WiFi, easy self check-in with keypad locks! Bring your dog too! DOG Friendly :) I do ask that guests use the supplied vacuum to clean up dog fur, and please use the provided furniture covers and blanket bed cover. Pet Fee - $25 per stay up to 2 dogs. No Cats sorry. LOCATION - In the heart of town but set back from main roads, very quiet and peaceful. The shuttle ride to and from Wildflower to Eagle Lodge is about 5 minutes. If you have a car you can also drive and park at Eagle. UNIT INFO - Everything you need Wildflower 21 “The Shady Rest” is a spacious (800 Sq ft) 1 Bed 1 Bath with a good layout. It is a ground floor unit, there are no outside stairs to enter (great when you are lugging lots of gear or heavy bikes). It is a corner unit with windows so it gets great morning light in the kitchen and great afternoon light in the living room! The kitchen has updated appliances and everything you need to cook a great meal. BEDS Can sleep 4. There is a comfy king bed in the bedroom and a new queen cabinet Murphy bed in the living room. The cabinet Murphy bed has a firm memory foam mattress and so much better than any pull-out sofa! No bars in your back! FANCY FEATURES The Living room features a 55” 4K flat screen TV, Roku, Netflix, Hulu, Blu-Ray player as well as a cozy, wood burning fireplace. There is also a 50” 4K Smart TV in the bedroom and we’ve got like 150 DVDs (mostly action;) on hand so snugglefest movie night is a def. The Wi-Fi is free and about 30Mbps speed, plenty fast enough to get work done. WILDFLOWER COMMON AREA OFFERS: An outdoor/covered shared hot tub and sauna is available year round a short walk to the unit. There is a changing room at the pool area so you don’t need to worry about walking back to unit all freezing wet. A great heated swimming pool is available in the summer months. There is also coin-operated laundry facilities on-site and parking is available right out front of the unit (2 cars max). An outside Storage/ski closet on the unit’s front porch is available for guest use. Hope to host you soon !

Just as advertised! The place was clean, had all of the amenities and was a comfortable landing spot for a few days. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and utensils. Would stay here again!

Did a quick weekend trip to ride Mammoth with some friends. This place was in a perfect location, bed was comfortable, plenty of cool movies, board games in the closet, fire place, and more. Host was responsive, and directions/instructions for stay were clear.

Nothing but good things to say about our stay at Mike's place. Communication before arriving was super quick (like immediate!) and thorough. He was open and helpful to get us in early. The place is spacious, bright, and cozy. The kitchen has all you need to cook a yummy meal and the space is super dog friendly, inside and out. The beds were comfortable, big nice TVs in both rooms, and a Super Nintendo which was very exciting for our teenage son!
We will be back for sure and highly recommend :)

We stayed at Mike’s condo for one week. It is a very nice location. The inside is larger than I thought it would be and layout is great. My husband had an issue with the bed in the bedroom, but found the Murphy bed was more to his liking. We preferred to use bottled water, as the water tasted “off”! Also remember to bring firewood, firewood is $8/a day at the grocery store in Mammoth. All and all a perfectly great condo.

The condo was exactly as described! Everything was pretty much there needed for cooking. Communication with Mike was great! My dog loved the place and the woods close by to explore. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be coming back again.

Overall it was a clean place. Older place with some updates. Expected to have all items available for dogs. We respected what owner requested for coverage of furniture (w/pets), but items not available and owner said to use alternate, which wasn’t there either.
Shower hard to get into due sliding door opening on one end. Recommend update heating system with 1 control, not 3. Would set heaters and then several hours later it would go down by 10 degrees. Need to have outlets for electronics. Very noisy from upper tenant’s flushing toilet, shower, walking, etc.

I loved the huge space! And the murphy bed just may be my favorite part even though there was a comfy king bed in the bedroom haha. Cozy, clean, and very dog friendly! I appreciated the couch covers that I could use so my dog could join on the couch. I also appreciated the dog bowls and mat already there. I want to come back! Thanks for hosting us!

The owner was amazingly responsive to any questions. The place was perfect for two adults and 2 kids. Most places we stay at have firewood, here you need to bring your own if you want a fire. It was too much in the record snow depth, so we did without. I missed having a fire tho.

Mike was an absolute pleasure to communicate with. The property was clean, with great ammenaties for the family and was so close to the town and ski canyons to take advantage of all there is to offer. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We had such a positive and cozy experience staying at this rental and can't wait to stay again soon! My Dad, Husband, Golden Retriever and I stayed for 5 nights. The location is centrally located and we were able to easily walk to dinner or drive a short 5 mins if needed. There was SO much snow when we arrived, we had a bit of a hard time first finding the condo but after a loop around the parking lot to get our groundings, we found it! The condo was incredibly clean, felt homey (I kept saying that I felt like I was staying at a friend's condo not in a VRBO), the master bed was SO comfortable and the murphy bed was a nice second bed option in the living room. We were able to watch a few movies, enjoy the fireplace and loved being able to stay in a cozy spot to rest after a day on the mountain. The condo was the perfect size for the three of us and our dog - we are hoping to book again this Summer! Highly recommend - the pictures and description in the listing are very well done (as well as the instructions in the condo) but the condo seemed to be in even better condition than the pictures depicted- which is rare and ALWAYS a plus! Thank you for providing such a great place to stay in Mammoth :)

The property was nice enough, provided the bare essentials and was dog friendly which was a huge plus.
However, communication with the property manager was pretty slow, so much so that we did not receive the check in instructions until we had to reach out right before arriving at the condo.
Upon receiving the instructions we noticed that the check in time was earlier than what was on the original listing and it mentioned that to actually use the fireplace you must provide your own wood.
These are both things that we would have appreciated knowing in advance so we could plan accordingly.
In my opinion the condo could benefit from a deep clean as there was visibly a lot of dust floating in the air (possibly from the fireplace) but overall it served our needs and we enjoyed our time in Mammoth.

My partner and I stayed here for a quick ski weekend at Mammoth. The condo was very nice, beds were extremely comfortable and the location could not have been better. It was super easy to hop on the bus to the mountain and get back without having to drive. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive too.

The property was easy to check in, sufficient parking, clean and cozy aesthetic to the condo. Has everything you could ever need and Mike was a great host to coordinate with. Amenities with the hot tub was the cherry on top- especially after a heavy day from hitting the slopes.

We stayed with our baby and dogs. Loved that it was dog friendly and that Mike had couch covers and a blanket for the bed. We usually travel with our own so one less item to pack. Mike also has detailed instructions via email and took the time to label alot of items in the condo. We made a fire two of the nights and appreciated the instructions that were left. The area is quiet, centrally located, and well equipped. We didn't watch much TV but the TV is great. Finding the the exact location in the dark the first night was a little challenging as it's set back from the parking lot. We are looking forward to visiting the area and booking again.

Beautiful property and an awesome place for your pet being that it’s bottom unit. Pet bowls are included. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Kitchen has nice quality cooking utensils and everything you need to cook. Do bring your own spices (including your favorite salt and pepper and oils) and everything you need for cooking. We were very comfortable just eating breakfast, lunch and dinner and staying in to eat and just walking our dog around the quiet property. If you like movies and TV, there’s so many choices on Roku - Netflix, Prime, Hulu…you’re covered. Thank you, Mike, for making our stay enjoyable and relaxing.

The condo and decor is on the older side and my wife wasn’t overly impressed with the cleanliness, but I thought it was fine (especially for a pet friendly properly). The resident upstairs has a dog that didn’t get along with ours, and you could hear the upstairs neighbor walking/peeing/vacuuming, but that’s condo life. We had one issue during the stay and the host was very responsive, which was appreciated.
Location was very good and check-in/check-out was smooth.
