Property was in a fantastic location, only 10 mins from the railway station and right on the shoreline of Lake Zurich - therefore peaceful and quiet which is what we wanted
Nothing everything was great

- Excellent small luxury hotel
- the staff is the highlight of our stay
- very considerate rooms next to each other
- the tv was great
- the room is incredible
- the laundry room is a fascinating idea
- refillable free minibar every day is a plus
- the price is great for what you get
- thin walls make sounds very easy to hear especially in the bathroom
- the dine in menu needs serious attention its way to simple and lacking in many areas
- breakfast is smaller than usual luxury hotels with the same price in other brands
