This home is well appointed with features that include a large ocean view deck where you can BBQ or just relax and enjoy sunny summer days and sunsets. The open floor plan makes this home great for entertaining. The living room has ample, comfortable seating, a wood burning stove and large flat screen TV. The large, well equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing your favorite meals. The dining table will accommodate 6 guests plus bar stools to seat 4 more guests. Come and enjoy this exceptional family home and fabulous unobstructed ocean views. We invite you to share this beautiful home while you enjoy the all that Oregon's central coast region has to offer. You won't want to leave. Yachats Village is just 3 miles away, where you can find fine restaurants, unique shops and groceries. You won`t have to travel far to find a variety of year-round recreational activities for all ages. PROPERTY DETAILS: FIRST FLOOR: MAIN ENTRY Living Room with Sleeper Sofa, Dining Room, Kitchen Bedroom 1: One King Bed w/ Master Bath Bedroom 2: One King Bed Bedroom 3: Two Twin Beds Hallway: Full Bathroom Other: Laundry Room, Garage *Each home is individually owned. Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at any time. For questions on this, please contact our office. All cleaning policies meet or exceed CDC standards and recommendations. Our team wears new masks, gloves and shoes covers each time they enter home to prepare it for a new stay. We clean and disinfect all hard surfaces and high-touch items such as appliance handles, light switches, door knobs, remote controls, etc. We also clean and disinfect all dishes/glassware, silverware, bedding, towels and other linens as well as tubs and toilets. Meredith Lodging has added the extra measure of a pre-check-in inspection to make sure all of our cleaning and disinfecting procedures are complete and to our standard before you arrive. Once it passes inspection, your home sits empty until you arrive for your contact-free check-in. Additionally, if your home features a private hot tub, rest assured it is disinfected, treated and cleaned thoroughly after each departure so that you and your guests can enjoy it with peace of mind during your stay.

This home was our favorite house we have been to because of the beach access and overall functionality of the home. Our kids enjoyed the stay so much and didn’t want to come home. We were in town to visit my elderly grandmother and introduce her to our newest addition to our family.

6 of us ladies from Texas came to the Oregon Coast and we were blown away by the beauty. The location of the house was so perfect for viewing the ocean and listening to the waves. The house had everything we needed for a couple days stay. The only downside was there was a semi-strong moldy odor in the home. I’m guessing this was from the salty moist air and heavy fog that accompanied most days. Other than that, I want to go back!

Everything was accurate to photos and description. Easy check-in and check out, perfect location in peaceful neighborhood and walking distance to beach and town, working hot tub, beautiful views, and you fall asleep to the sounds of the pacific ocean. I would say the only negatives for us were that we couldn’t figure out how to take the entire hot tub cover off and we would have liked a coffee pot/keurig to make coffee at the house, even if we needed to bring our own coffee/k-cups. Definitely would recommend this property and would stay here again!

The pictures of the views truly do not give the property justice. After a 9 hour day of driving, the open living room with picture windows staring at the ocean tides was breathtaking. Since traveling with another couple, we thoroughly enjoyed the double couches and recliners that were situated in front of the picture windows so both couples could soak in the natural beauty. Great area for exploring nature, trails, and small nearby communities. We would love to bring our family back for more exploring and relaxing.

The windows were crystal clear. I don't know how they get them so clean. We loved the hot tub which was tucked away perfectly at the end of the deck with a patio cover. Amazing house to stay in while in Yachats! Super close for walking into town and the beach. Plenty of room to spread out in the house. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of utensils and gadgets in the kitchen for meals and cooking. Hot tub was a huge perk and enjoyed it! Hope to visit again !

We had a great 2 family stay at this property in Yachats. Our 5 and 2 year old were with us as was our friends and their 3 year old. The house layout worked great with master on one side and 2 rooms on the other. House is a little dated, but it is the Oregon coast and a a lot of them are. Kitchen had everything we needed. We did bring own crockpot and rice maker for planned meals. View of ocean was priceless and was great to have deck with front row view. The hot tub was necessary as well. We went on walks down the road and along the coast line. Town and market was just a very short drive. Ventured to Newport one day and spent the rest of our time relaxing at the house. Would recommend!
