It is an all brand new remodel...New Floors, paint, Bathrooms, Kitchen appliances...ect. I travel a lot and I know what I like...Spaces that are comfortable, thoughtful and visually appealing...That is what I believe you will find in my Ocean Front home...High end amenities thru out will make it feel like you are at home while in my home....recently added A/C system Hear the rhythm of the surf and watch the sun set over the pacific from this beautiful spot. Attention to detail will make your stay memorable. Ocean view Kitchen comes with Vitamixer for morning smoothies and evening libations, Professional Cookwear, Cutlery and utensils. Water and nibbles in the fridge for your convenience, Fresh ground coffee for morning joe and little something chilled for happy hour if you feel like it. The well appointed Living Room has a new 4K 50" Flatscreen with Roku and Netflix but with the show outside so you may never turn it on. Yamaha Bluetooth Sound system. Living room looks out to the Ocean (only thing blocking your view is Honolulu). The patio sits just above the surf with the spectacular tidal pools for exploring and a secret beach below. Outdoor dining area and BBQ pit. Its all about being outside. The master Bedroom has a ground to sky window that opens to the soft sound of ocean waves that will rock you to sleep in 800ct Egyptian cotton sheets New memory foam mattress and gel foam pillows. Plenty of room to spread out and chill with a new 40# flatscreen TV. Split A/C units and Haiku 7 speed Ceiling Fan. 2nd bedroom offers a cozy place to rest your head with same high quality linens. Both bedrooms have A/C... The Master bath has a high end Toto Washlet and dual shower heads including a Rain Shower...both baths offer either a shower or shower/bath combo with hotel quality toiletries such as high quality soaps and shampoos as well as a fully stocked medicine cabinet for life's little bumps. I Love both children and pets but my home does not allow pets (no properties here do) and this home is best suited to adults. With an easy 4 min. walk to Ocean Beach, a coastal town time with all the charms of Old California you may not touch your car the entire stay. Downtown is full of locally owned shops with some great little antique shops. Great breakfast, lunch and dinner options are a short walk away. This 2 bedroom retreat is immaculately maintained and will feel like home...because it is my home. The wide clean sands of Ocean Beach and the Iconic pier are just down the street and offer everything a beach vacation should be. Beautiful condo overlooking the ocean. We walked everywhere in OB. Quick drive to downtown San Diego so the parking space included is a definite plus.
I had a few questions for the owner and he answered quickly.
This is the perfect place to kick back, relax, enjoy the view and walk to everything on Ocean Beach!

Jimmy is the ultimate host! His home is so comfortable, close to everything, and THE VIEWS! We loved every minute of our stay. Really hated to leave. TY, Jimmy for an epic stay.

Restaurants, coffee shops, Sunset Cliffs, beach, all within walking distance. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you have all that you need. This is one of those places that looks great and the reality is even nicer. It’s perfect if want to be close to the water and easy walking distance to all the amenities of Ocean Beach. Jimmy was easy to communicate with and a great host.

Pacific Paradise
Wonderful place to relax and enjoy the ocean. Very well located
condo, easy walking to supermarket, restaurants, fun shops and the beautiful OB Pier. Also lots of surf shops. We had a great time and our host left us lots of condiments and supplies.
He is a very responsive communicator as well.

The property is walking distance to downtown ocean beach which is very convenient. There are condiments and spices so you do not need to purchase every little thing when cooking which is really nice. They had treats for us when we arrived which was really nice. Overall nice place for a getaway.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. The views are breathtaking and we loved walking to the pier and restaurants. Ate at The Cliffs Cafe on Sunset Cliffs Road every morning! Thanks for your hospitality and special touches

Great location, easy access, all you need
Jimmy’s property is perfectly appointed and in a perfect location in OB. We loved hearing the waves, seeing the water, and being able to walk anywhere and everywhere. We didn’t want to leave!

More beautiful than the pictures
The pictures do not do this place justice. This is the most amazing view. The home is very comfortable and roomy. Kitchen was very handy. If you want to touch the water, you have to climb some stairs or take a short walk to the beach/pier area. The tidal pools are fun if you go down. It's a very close walk to anything you could want, which is great since the parking at Ocean Beach is limited. Since the edge of the cliff is public property with easy access from the street, there were some privacy issues, especially at sunset. We didn't feel like we could leave doors and windows open while we were asleep, but the air conditioners helped with that. The owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns. You will hear a lot of planes directly overhead from 6:30am until 10:30pm. We had to pause our conversations for them while on the porch, but that's what we had to endure to be close to MCRD and Ocean Beach with amazing views of the sunsets and sounds of the ocean. Highly recommend!

Amaziing views - very clean and comfortable
We enjoyed this wonderful condo more than expected. The place looks just like the photos and it is super clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need and we cooked every dinner there so we could enjoy the views. There are only 2 units downstairs on the shared patio and the upper units stayed on their balconies. We used the BBQ and had plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. We went sailing from Shelter Island (3 miles away) for a 3 hour sail on "Sail San Diego." Ask for Captain Frank. We went to the Cabrillo lighthouse, tide pools below, and drove through the unbelievable veteran's cemetery before taking a walk along sunset cliffs. We go to San Diego frequently, but have not stayed in Ocean Beach before. What a mistake. We will be back to enjoy the local vibe and slower pace. Loved it! Jimmy was so helpful to answer our questions and we can't recommend this place enough.

Great Oceanfront
We spent a few days at Jimmy's place and can't wait to go back. Jimmy is obviously detail-oriented. High quality appliances and utensils, soft linens, comfortable beds.
It's an easy drive to mission beach, La Jolla, downtown, etc. but the real appeal is Ocean Beach. The house looks out on the ocean and we saw sailboats, dolphins, pelicans, etc. The view is simply beautiful and you could spend the whole day just lounging around looking out at the ocean on the patio or from the living room.
The lifelong memory making portion of our trip came from our time on ocean beach itself which is about a 5 minute walk (less than half a mile depending on which route you take). It is a unique, funky, friendly community beach with the ocean beach pier as an interesting backdrop. Lots of cool shops and restaurants with live music and good food next to the beach and easily walkable (5-10 min walk) from the house.

We had a great stay! Place was very nice and loved hearing the waves crash on the rocks. Shout to our host who allowed us a later checkout for our late flight home.

It gets no better in the OB than this
If you want the Ocean Beach (OB) bohemian surfer town vibe then you can’t go wrong with this condo. Waterfront with amazing patio views, first floor living, nice split bed/bath plan, well appointed and great walk-ability to restaurants, bars and the basic necessities. Reserved off street parking included and is a lifesaver!

Great ocean front home!
The condo is clean and beautiful and is exactly as the pictures show, the beds are really comfortable and there are tons of soft towels for the bathrooms which is rare in most vrbos we’ve rented. 2 bath condos are hard to find in this area so that is a real plus. the ocean is right in front of you and it’s so enjoyable just sitting on the huge patio with coffee or drinks just watching the waves crash in. We had a great time, thanks Jimmy for everything!!!

Awesome place in a great area!
We had a great time at this Ocean Front Retreat! The views are Incredible! We were there during the "King Tides", which was an awesome experience. The waves took out a portion of the pier right by the condo, so there were many spectators and news crews. It was eventful! We could really hear the waves crashing loud with the sliding door open, which was awesome! It was pretty sound-proof inside with the doors closed, though. We slept great! The condo is in a great location, close to restaurants, bars and shops. It is clean, comfortable and has a great beach vibe. It was perfect for the stormy weather we had because it is up high on a cliff, so there was no threat of the high waves crashing in and flooding. Had the weather been nice, however, I would have preferred to be on the actual beach. Jimmy was very responsive to any questions we had. I will definitely recommend Jimmy's place to anyone I know who is going to San Diego for a few days. Our family members who joined us there truly enjoyed it as well! Great times with great people in a great place, creating great memories!

Perfect ocean view and exactly as the pictures show. We had a great stay for a couple days over Christmas. The place was even equipped with everything we needed to make several holiday meals.

The property was just as advertised, with an amazing view and comfortable accommodations. Jimmy made us feel very welcome. The neighborhood is fun and an easy walk to everything. We had a blast in Ocean Beach, would definitely come again!
