Exceptional

It was clean, spacious, convenient, close to Eiffel tower,. located in safe area and near supermarket, bakery, cafes, shops overall made our trip pleasant and we enjoyed it.

good location, safe, worth the money

the location, the cleanliness, the space and the utensils fit 4 people, safe and walking distance to Eiffel, David was involved and helpful

It would be nice to have a place to put our luggages until our flight on the check-out day.

Pleasant stay with comfortable beds.

Near to Eiffel Tower by walking. Security is good.

Parquet gapping floor needs its gap to be fixed. Too many loose ends. Common shower toilet floods easily.

A wonderful apartment to enjoy Paris!! Air conditioning would have made it perfect.

Very spacious, great location, local shops easy to find.

No air conditioning and the two portable fans weren’t quite enough to keep cool on warm August nights.

Great location, not so luxurious

Great location, short walk to Eiffel tower and close.to the metro station.

Old and tired decoration. Tiny toilet and dangerous nails sticking out of the wood floor near the bathroom. No Aircon and overlooking a closed in courtyard it's extremely stuffy.

- spacious and clean apartment - perfect location - 10 mins from Eiffel Tower - shops, cafes, restaurants very close to the apartment - metro stop 4 mins from the apartment - excellent communication with the owner

Paris is always amazing !

Nice and clean apartment situated in a great location , less then 10 min walk to Tour Eiffel. Coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket , metro station nearby . Train station that gets you to Versailles is very close. Great neighborhood ,loved it. David was very nice , helped us with an early check in. Would come back to this apartment with pleasure.

If you want to stay in the center with everything close,this is the place!It is very authentic !

Location was perfect,realy 10 minutes walk from Eiffel tower or Trocadero, metro,RER an grocery shop.We like to stay between local citizens and this was the perfect way to feel like "parisien"for a few days.

Superb

Excellent location and area to stay. Felt like a real local. The surrounding streets had many eating choices and supermarkets nearby. The apartment was a typical Parisian apartment which is what I was after. However the décor in the living space is a little cheesy and could do with some updating but still comfortable none the less. The apartment was clean and well maintained and the apartment block was quiet as well. David was easy to deal with and helpful with our late checkout.

We had communicated to David early that we would be arriving in Paris earlier than the 3.00pm check-in time and asked if we could therefore have an earlier check-in. As instructed we notified David of our arrival once in Paris, which we thought would allow enough time for him to meet us at the apartment earlier. However, this was not the case. We still weren't able to check in until 3.00pm. In the end this didn't really matter (except for lugging our suitcases around the streets, which was tiresome after a long train ride from Belgium earlier that morning) as we found a fantastic café on the corner where we were able to sit and have some lunch. A real treat in the end. We travelled as a family with our 8 year old. She slept in the pull out sofa bed which was a little uncomfortable. If we had to stay longer than 3-4 nights we would probably would not have chosen this apartment.

Very good

Great location and area to stay. The apartment was spacious and well maintained. Very quiet as well.

The kitchen was not equipped to the level I was expecting. The pots and pans need to be changed. The decoration and furniture need an update.
