The perfect place to stay in Savannah. Within walk-ing distance to the beautiful parks and Broughton Street. Well stocked kitchen, very clean and cozy. The backyard is even prettier than the pictures - it’s a quiet little oasis, and I loved sitting there after a long day with a glass of wine and a book. Great communication with the property managers. Everything was very easy and we enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

We had a great visit! The patio out back is nice and shady. It was in a great neighborhood, quiet and easy walking distance to Forsyth Park. Lots of fun games to entertain while just chilling. We love staying in these historic homes, thanks for the history book provided on property.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 3 nights at this charming property in a quiet neighborhood. It is in a good location, within walking distance to all the sites. Private parking spaces were a bonus. The beds were comfortable, the space was clean. The kitchen was well stocked, although we ate all of our meals out. There are so many wonderful restaurants in the area. Bring coffee filters to brew your coffee. I highly recommend a visit to Savannah and a stay at Mollys cottage.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Molly's Cottage M-F in mid-June of 2023. We really enjoyed our time there. The cottage is adorable, & we appreciated that interior historic features haven't been completely gutted to meet the current design aesthetic trends. It was nice that one of the two comfy bedrooms was downstairs for easy access. The very private back yard space was absolutely charming! The location just a couple of blocks from Forsyth Park was fantastic, and the dedicated driveway parking was super convenient. The Kroger is a few blocks away for groceries, and several great restaurants are within fairly easy walking distance. (Crystal Beer Parlor, & Mrs. Wilkes Dining room, to name a couple of "Must Try" places.) The street & neighborhood were very quiet in the evenings & the other residences all appeared well kept & lovely. The only negative aspect we encountered was that the refrigerator in the kitchen didn't get too terribly cold inside & the freezer seemed to put out only about 5-10 ice cubes per day. We would definitely recommend this quaint little cottage for anyone who likes to be near the action, but not necessarily right in the heart of it the entire time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Molly's Cottage. Staying in a historic home added to the charm of our trip. Off-street parking was a treat since parallel parking was common and not our strong suit. Granted, we were able to walk most places and only used our car to visit Tybee Island, Bonaventure Cemetery, the welcome center, and City Market. One note for seniors, the stairs leading to the second bedroom and washer and dryer are a bit steep with narrow steps - just a historic house thing. However, there is a bedroom and sleeper sofa on the main. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe the entire time. I highly recommend this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Molly’s cottage exceeded our expectations! It is a beautiful, historic, well-decorated home that was perfect for us. We had been to Savannah (a magical city) before and new we wanted to stay near Forsyth Park. The cottage is two blocks from the park, in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. Be careful on the stairs to the loft, as others have said. Highly recommend!
