CAPITOLA CONDO with Knockout views! Come enjoy our two bedroom, one bath condo. Its just steps to the beach and Capitola Wharf. Relax on the deck and enjoy the spectacular views looking over Capitola Village, the Capitola Wharf, and the Monterey Bay. Enjoy the 36' flat screen TV with Direct TV in the living room or in any of the bedrooms or watch a movie on the DVD player. The unit has its own stacked washer/dryer, and a new bathroom with a walk in shower. Fully equipped with
WiFi, linens, dishes, cookware, utensils, and a gas BBQ on the deck. Beach chairs and boogie boards are available for use. The second bedroom has a futon that folds into a bed, so the unit can sleep up to 5 comfortably.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The communication with the owners was fantastic. The instructions were prompt and simple. We loved the location and the space was clean and fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolute five star! The location and view is fantastic. Looking out over the beach, wharf and town, hear the waves lapping while watching all the beach activity. Bliss. Less than a minute to walk to the beach, a couple minutes to the restaurants. Clean rooms, large kitchen and bathroom, massive shower with almost instant hot water. The bedrooms are larger than they look in the vrbo images. Good sense of privacy between the bedrooms and the rest of the condo. Only about 4 steps up from the parking to the front door so easy load in and load out.Priced within fair market but easier to budget with 3 adults than just a couple, but you are getting a diamond for the money. For two couples definitely good price but you might need to toss a coin to see who gets the bedroom with the two single beds and futon. You'll still be comfortable and the rest of the condo is well laid out for a sense of space. And my wife loves the decor, striking a good balance between light, beachy, and nautical but still classy.Definitely top tier, we'll be coming back.

We had an amazing stay here with our family of 5. Great views of sunrise, capitola pier, beach, seals, etc. Can exit property essentially right at entrance to pier and beach. Very short walk to Shadowbrook Restaurant and downtown Capitola. Beautiful stroll the other direction to Pleasure Point. The unit had a well stocked kitchen, nice appliances, nice bathroom. Would highly recommend this place!
