Lovely boutique hotel. Very comfortable bed. Location only a few minutes walk to the harbour. Jody (owner/ manager?) was great to deal with. Very helpful and gave us a list of things to do/places to go in the area. The rooftop terrace was a bonus to enjoy the sunshine in a quiet space.

Everything. The comfort of room - very comfortable beds, settee, bathroom with excellent shower and toiletries. Room spotless. Lots of really helpful info re area and attention to detail

Room well appointed, very clean newly built, great size and very bright.
Check in process simple and efficient

Had a lovely note and biscuits as it was my wife's birthday while visiting šš¼
Hot water takes forever to run warm,no automatic closer to door and latch didn't always catch,went out not realising door was open one day.
Still a building site, not even half finished.
No terrace available not finished yet....
No reception of any kind....
No lift between floors just a hole...
Dusty battered hallways as still under construction....
Property to side and front also building sites..
