Beautiful, clean, modern condo just steps from some of the most stunning ocean sunsets that you will ever see. Hardwood floors, gas fireplace and range, and tons of little luxuries like a heated towel warmer, plush hotel linens, and hypoallergenic bedding. Come kick back and relax; we've thought of everything. Grill some salmon in the private yard or take a stroll downtown. Several parks within walking distance. Lots of extra amenities available upon request, including Xbox and iPad rental, local grocery delivery, blackout shades, pet supplies, sports gear, flexible check-in/check-out. Perfect for entertaining corporate guests, for families having fun, and other travelers of all ages. Quiet, friendly, walkable neighborhood with frequent festivals and local events. Host was not prepared for our stay despite multiple payments and communications prior to arrival. No instructions for check in were sent and we had trouble getting in touch when we arrived. Then they said it wasn’t ready and it would be 1.5 hours until their cleaner could have it ready for us. This was after a full day of driving from Homer with 2 young kids. We booked an alternative place and stayed elsewhere thankfully.

Our group of 6 had a comfortable stay. However, to accommodate 6 adults is a stretch as the living room only has sofa and not sofa bed. 4 people is perfect. Kitchen & wifi was great. No other complaint otherwise

We recently stayed at South Addition at the beginning and end of our vacation. Communication with Tara was awesome. Always quick with any responses. Location to downtown was perfect, close to all shopping and restaurants. The Coastal trail is just a few minutes walk away and definitely something to take advantage of. We would book again if and when we return to the beautiful state of Alaska. Kim

We were fortunate to stay here twice during our Alaska travels. This is one of the best rentals we have ever had. The space is well organized with good light and is very well stocked right down to the Nespresso machine and milk frother. The location is an easy walk to downtown and 2 blocks away from great sunsets (and train watching). Tara was wonderful to work with and was supportive and helpful when our departure was affected by weather. I would highly recommend staying here!

Tara was very helpful. She left snacks for us and offered suggestions during our stay. Definitely appreciated the toiletries that were available for our us.

Tara was an excellent host. She let us know well in advance the location and how to get into her property. Instructions were very clear. The place was as described and location was great. I would definitely recommend her place if you need a place in Anchorage.

The place is clean and looks nice. Bedsheets are not made of cotton, it makes me uncomfortable to sleep in. Also i was surprised to find out that no coffee, shampoo and soap provided.

A one night stay brings a different dynamic, you have to get answers to your requests faster: where can we buy fresh sea food, can we get more towels, how to get a taxi early in the morning. The owner was quick with feedback which made our stay that much nicer.

The owner of this property, Tara, goes above and beyond to make staying here a great experience. The home allowed a great space for our family to relax while we were visiting Anchrage for a few days before a cruise. Beautiful neighborhood that is walkable to downtown Anchrage.

This place is fabulous! It was spotless and comfortable and the energy flowing through it was fantastic. Who says about bathroom toiletries ‘use it and if you need more, take it with you!?’ They do! Such a great place!

Tara was Amazing!!! She went above and beyond to do what she could for us while in anchorage- very responsive and the VRBO was so cozy! We only wish we could have enjoyed more down time there! I’m an awesome location about 15 minutes from airport and close to practically all one would need to enjoy anchorage!

My wife and I used this as a stop coming back from Brooks Falls. It gave us a chance to get laundry done, have a nice meal and just get some rest. The check in process was easy and everything worked great.

It was extremely convenient to do laundry and regroup after Denali camping, and the location was great! There are nice views in the neighborhood and it was an easy walk to downtown for a nice dinner and to catch our shuttle van at the Log Cabin Visitor Center. My kids wanted to stay longer!
