Located just 2 houses from the beach, this 5 bedroom, 5 full bath home will awe you with breathtaking views from the rooftop deck, fabulous features and proximity to activities. Having 5 full bathrooms is rare on the island and provides convenience and privacy. The Beach walkover is just 65 steps from the property. Groceries are available just 6 houses away on the main street. Just 4 short blocks from 'Downtown' Tybee, you're within easy walking distance shopping, dining, or fishing from the Tybee Pier. This house is located on the beach side of 12th St, one of the finest beach access streets with one of the most beautiful beach walkovers on the island. The Beach walkover is just 65 steps from the property. The home features a classic screened front porch and unique rooftop deck with spiral stair access delivering stunning views of the beach, ocean and even Hilton Head Island. People walking down the street stare in awe at the deck’s construction and imagine the views. It was designed by a master deck builder and enhanced by a structural engineer. The huge 20x12 feet rooftop deck seats 12. The entire house sleeps up to 16 people -- 12 in beds and 4 in sleeper-sofas. The upper levels have 4 Bedrooms and 4 Baths. The large master suite has a king bed and spacious private bath with claw-foot tub, separate shower and twin vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed, twin bunks and private bath with shower/tub combo. The third bedroom features and King bed and “peak” of the ocean, and dedicated bath accessible from the hallway with shower/tub combo. The fourth bedroom features a queen bed and full bath with shower and large vanity. There is also a queen sofa bed in the family room All bedrooms in the home have their own TV. The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need including upscale appliances, a breakfast counter and granite countertops. The kitchen is adjacent to a separate dining area. The family room offers a wonderful experience with a large, flat-screen TV and access to the front porch and kitchen. The first floor features refinished heart pine floors and classic white wormwood cedar walls. The front porch has seating for 6. You will love the home’s layout. You can stay connected through high-speed cable internet and wireless internet as well. The upper 2 levels provide 1900 square feet. The ground level features a large private bedroom A bathroom with shower is located in the and large family room area with a queen sleeper-sofa and extra seating. It is set up for spacious gathering. The ground level has its own separate heating and air system and provides an additional 800 square feet. There is not an indoor staircase that connects the ground level to the upper levels. An outdoor staircase connects them. The home has parking for 6 vehicles: 3 large and 3 medium to small. We are pricing this home below comparable homes. We had a wonderful experience with our stay at this property. The house/area was beautiful, clean, close to beach and restaurants. We spent some time on the top deck overlooking the ocean. It was very relaxing, was everyone's favorite location. We would rent this location again,

Walking distance to the beach was awesome. Bathroom accommodations were great. 3 of the 5 beds were comfortable. Tybee Beach Bacation Rentals was very helpful and kind. I would definitely use them again.

My family and I change vacation destinations every year. From Myrtle to Outer Banks to Topsail to Florida, we’ve been all up and down the east coast. This has been by far our favorite vacation. The island is incredible and this house provided the perfect location. We were able to bike or walk to shops and restaurants. We were right next to the beach and got a great view from the roof top deck. The home fit all 12 of us comfortably with room for more if needed. Overall it was a fantastic week full of fun and making memories. We loved the house and location! We will definitely be coming back!

Had such a great time here on a girls weekend getaway! There was more than enough space for 9 of us and it was walking distance to multiple restaurants and stores and a quick walk to the beach. We also went to Savannah one of the days which was a fun change of pace and only about 30-45 mins away. Checking in and out was easy. Highly recommend!

I stayed here with my family and best friend for a girls weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop deck with views of the stars and beach/sunrise. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well stocked with towels and soap/toilet paper. The check in was easy and most everything was in good shape. There were a few small things we didn’t care for like the ground level bedroom and bathroom didn’t connect to the main living area at all, there was no stopper for the claw foot tub, and there were a few signs that the cleaning crew didn’t thoroughly clean the floors. These were small so we weren’t upset! But overall we had an amazing girls weekend and were able to walk to local restaurants and entertainment while also driving to the local sights such as the Fort and the Lighthouse.

Enjoyed the spacious home. Had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate 12 people. Enjoyed playing games at the large farmhouse kitchen table, and conversing in the family room that had ample seating for 8. All beds were comfortable, with the exception of the bed on the main level - next to the kitchen. This seemed like you were rolling into the middle - hole.

The location was great, right next to beach and grocery stores. The range top was broken so two burners were not working. The property manager did provide us a hot plate but it was inconvenient. The oven didn't work great either. Though the roof top deck had great views the stairs were too steep so we ended up not using it at all. The layout was a bit odd with the lowest level not attached to the rest of the house but that may be due to renting it separately. It was a bit damp as well despite using the dehumidfier. The living space was a bit small for the number of guests it can accommodate. The house was generally clean and decorated beautifully.

House was an excellent location. Quiet but not too quiet and was walking distance to the pier, grocery store and restaurants. The ground level living space is a completely separate entrance from the rest of the house which is not clearly stated. Otherwise the house is beautiful and clean.

We had a great time at Tybee celebrating the July 4th holiday. The upstairs deck was fantastic for watching fireworks and early morning coffee. The location was great and everything was as expected. We could’ve used more than 12 bath towels since it is listed that it can sleep 16.

We had a great time at the property. The deck on top is a beautiful place both at night and day to enjoy the breeze coming off the ocean. It is close to everything and easy walking distance to all the important places. This is a great place to enjoy getting away!

This house was great! The views, location to the Beach and space were perfect. We had 8 going down ( 2 Families each with 2 kids) and they loved it as well. We loved the enclosed Porch and spent a majority of our time there, eating dinner and just hanging out. We also enjoyed the dining room table for their games and comfy sofas to watch the big TV. I would definitely like to stay here again as it felt like home. Thank you from all of us!!

We had a group of 10 family members. Two 17 year olds and the rest 50s and 60s. This place was perfect. So close to the beach. We sat on the top deck and watched the ocean a lot! If I ever get back to Tybee Island I will most definitely look this place up. The location is amazing and is perfect for a big family getaway.
