Located in Belgrade, this attractive condo for $53 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Comfortable, quiet and convenient, with its understated style, the apartment offers a fresh and contemporary retreat in the heart of Belgrade. Located a few steps from Pionirski park, opposite Parliament, the apartment London is ideal choice for business trips or vacations. The Apartment has a bedroom furnished with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and its own courtyard garden with a wooden table, two benches and a large parasol. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and functional. The large bathroom with toilet also features a spacious shower room, under floor heating, large mirror and a cupboard. The Apartment is situated on the raised ground floor and has access to its own courtyard via stairs leading from the living room. There are three-step stairs in the building corridor leading to the apartment. Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. Smoking is permitted in the courtyard garden. Additional features: Communal heating, British Standard power plugs x2 (in addition to European standard plugs) Parking: Available at two nearby public garages: Masarikova and Pionirski Park. We are flexible with check in / out time as long as it does not affect other guests. You will be able to check in / out during night / early morning hours. Please contact us prior to your arrival to let us know. Check in after 22:00 and check out before 6:00 at a 20 Euro fee. There are currently some works on the building adjacent to our building and occasional noise can be heard during working days and hours. The rental price already includes all discounts and no further discount will be considered based on this situation. We offer free of charge cancellation at any point, with full refund on the remaining period of booking, if our guests chose to move out due to the noise.

The apartment was as excellent as advertised. Location is right in the city center. There are many groceries and restaurants nearby. Though on a busy street the apartment is back in the building on the ground floor, so it’s very quiet. The peaceful patio is just for you.

This appartment is exceptional, by its location ! We love the little but well designed kitchen with everything in it, the washing-machine, the owner even leave some spices. It's close-by groceries stores included the famous 24/7 Idea London, down the street. The fact that Irina comes every week to clean the entire apartment and leave it spotless. The patio with a covered table and chairs for having a lunch outside. The great built-in large shower ! Irina was on the sidewalks when we arrived from the airport to greet us ! She showed us everything we needed to know about the appliances and heat system and the Internet and the television connections. She also come when there is a problem because she is able to solve every problem, on her own, which is a plus ! We will definitely go back to that apartment, that's for sure !

we litteralely loved the place, the location to go to the Idea London grocery shop (open 7/24, by the way !) the extraordinary choice of restaurants, even a Serbian typical deli. the quietness of the patio behind the apartment. the lovely kitchen with all in it, including spices ! We loved the extraordinary shower, built-in ! And bonus, Irina who can repair anything in this apartment was there, on the sidewalk to greet us when we arrived from the airport. Irina also clean and change the sheets every week. The apartment is then, spotless ! We will definitely go back to that apartment, that's for sure !

The wonderful Irina waited for us at the apartment and gave us a full tour. She was available throughout our stay if we had any questions or concerns. The apartment itself is very cute and nicely furnished and has absolutely everything you need. We slept so well and felt safe and comfortable. The little courtyard garden is wonderful and surrounded by greenery. Its hard to believe you’re on a main road because you dont hear anything apart from the occasional bird. We honestly felt like we were at a home away from home and would recommend the apartment to everyone.

Home away from home
This is a beautifully maintained and designed property. We loved staying here, due to the cleanliness, location and all the amenities that were in the apartment. It is fully stocked! The private yard is a huge bonus. The old building allows for the apartment to stay cool during the summer. The location is super close to grocery stores and a convenience store. It's a quick walk away from the core. The housekeeper speaks great English and was very responsive, kind and easy to work with. We were amazed by all of it. This apartment really felt like a home away from home. We would highly recommend staying here. Worth every penny!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage und die Wohnung sind ideal für einen Urlaub in Belgrad. Sehr gepflegte, hübsch eingerichtete Wohnung mit zuvorkommenden, netten und flexiblen Gastgebern. Lage ist absolut zentral, (trotzdem sehr ruhig), sodass fast alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

An outstanding experience!
I cannot find enough words to express how divine our stay was! On our first day, after travelling for a lot of hours, we were greeted by the amazing Irina who is the caretaker for the apartment, who endlessly helpful and cheerful, who stocked the fridge with milk, assured we were stocked with plenty of fruit, coffee, essentials such as washing powder, stain remover, the list is endless!
The apartment is impecibaly clean and so gorgeous, feels just like home! Extremely warm and cozy ambiance.
Irina was such a help with anything I needed and even came once a week to keep the apartment spotlessly clean.
The apartment was fully heated (we stayed in winter but it is also air conditioned for summer) Located in a very secure building and so very central ! Walking distance to all major Belgrade attractions.
The owner Radmila was a pure pleasure to communicate with, so polite and helpful.
If you need an apartment that is a stone throw from everything, that is located in a very secure building , that is cozy, clean and safe, and that has a brilliant owner and Caretaker look no further!

This appartement is no more the less the best i have ever been in Belgrade.
Absolutely everything you need is in there. Even if he's located in a busy street, you can't hear anything. The court yard is very enjoyable too. And to finish you are 10-15 min max walking to the city centre which makes this appartement a must.
Communication and reactivity with Irina (property manager) have been excellent.

This appartement is no more the less the best i have ever been in Belgrade.
Absolutely everything you need is in there. Even if he's located in a busy street, you can't hear anything. The court yard is very enjoyable too. And to finish you are 10-15 min max walking to the city centre which makes this appartement a must.

Both the Radmila & Irina were extremely accommodating! Everything was perfect to the accommodations in the flat where we had everything provided and the location was great! You also have a private patio area that is exclusive to you. 5/5 I would recommend this home.
