Excellent central location. Good sized room, with fridge and AC. The staff was friendly. The room was cleaned daily and there was free water bottles and coffee/tea. The AC worked well, which was very important given that it was 38°C outside.
We stayed in room 2 and the noise from the street was really a problem. Live music until late in the evening/early morning. Bad sound isolation from the windows. Obviously this is a very central location and one cannot do much about the noise from the street. But it was difficult to sleep. The bathroom was old and the fridge had a really bad smell and the AC made some strange noises (like something was dripping). Overall, the room felt like it needed some renovation/upgrades. Nothing terribly bad but definitively not luxury.

Absolutely excellent location bang in the centre of Belgrade, stunning spacious rooms, super efficient and helpful staff at the end of the phone to help you check in…one of the nicest hotel experiences I have had anywhere on the planet!

The location was perfect, everything that tourists need are nearby. The place is clean, the reception is super helpful and gives you very fast replies. Just a little thing to keep in mind, the hotel is in the very heart of the city, so it could be a bit loud during the night
