This is our second time in this hotel. It is an exceptional hotel .Very good location beside the Sava river and it's promenade and restaurants .Near the pedestrian street, old city and the Belgrade Fortress. Nice, clean and well equiped room and restroom. A wonderful breakfast. Private parking. And above all, a very helpful and nice staff.

The Calisi Hotel is well located near the Sava River and restaurants along its promenade. You can also easily access Belgrade’s Old Town and the Fortress that overlooks it. The staff was amazing and multicultural which we really appreciate. I was able to practice my Nepali language from my Peace Corps days as well as my Bahasa Indonesia from my work years in Timor-Leste. The room and bed were comfortable and with nice decor. The breakfast was varied and abundant.
There was no place to hang towels outside the shower in the bathroom. A hand towel rack would be a good thing to add to the rooms. Our safe didn’t work and they tried to fix it but couldn’t and said they would search for a new one but never did.

Well located near the old town and near the new waterfront areas.
Walking distance to points of interest.
Kind and welcoming staff (houskeeping, restaurant staff and receptionists).
I'd give it 10 out of 10 however I had a major problem.
The air conditioning was terrible. I complained several times, but the management only kept saying they would call maintenance, and nobody ever showed up from maintenance. I had to wake up drenched in sweating every night.
It was a very disappointing experience, especially for such an expensive hotel, with high ratings on Booking.com!!
On the 3rd day, the receptionist changed my room, and thankfully, the new room AC was working very well.
I felt bad as my concern was not taken seriously from the management and maintenance.
