The location was excellent. Walking distance to most attractions. Also, exceptional customer service from the manager Bojana. Never in a rush to help and explain in detail all the things to do in Belgrade.
The elevator is a little challenge but it's part of the charm.

I needed to stay overnight due to the break between flights. The hotel is located perfectly for that - very short walk from Airport bus #72 terminus (Zeleni Venac). I did a short walk around the center of Belgrade - still a city of contrasts.
The hotel facilities are good and the overall look is that it was a very luxury place during Yugo period in XX century.
The hotel management needs to invest. The place has a huge potential for retro luxury. However, when they finally invest, it is unlikely I will stay there as it becomes expensive.

Very satisfactory breakfast. Good central location.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
Hotel is in need of renovation , but would be good to maintain it's original character.
Breakfast on our last morning was chaotic due to a huge coach party. No provision had been made for in house guests to find seating etc.
