Everything!!! There were no random people off of the street able to access the property. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was the best!!!
Better coffee in the rooms and the coffee maker should be easier to use.

Cleanliness and location to my roadtrip travel route southbound to Key West.
1. Unsafe South Miami area (although this hotel is a safer oasis), and 2. sketchy clientele staying there which goes along with the area. (Someone even left a little girl who was just standing outside the door of the room beside ours; Cleaning staff who barely spoke English only Spanish, asked if she was ours…). 3. Our room was on the first floor 2 rooms over from where the cleaners staged their morning room cleaning and their voices in Spanish were SO very loud SO very early in the morning, plus, 4. they tried to come in to clean our room while my child was still sleeping WAY before checkout time! We hadn’t even had breakfast yet either.
