Located in Mexico Beach, this charming house for $225 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Come fall in love with Mexico beach which is affectionately called "Mayberry by the Sea". This small beach town is known for its excellent fishing, laid-back lifestyle, beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald green waters. Relax in a freshly renovated 2 bedroom 2.5 bath home known as "107 Mermaid Cove". 12 houses away from the beach, a short four minute walk. Enjoy bird watching on one of the 3 porches with views of the Canal. The home features a romantic master suite with a king size sleep number bed. The secondary bedroom features A queen sized Murphy bed. There is also a queen size sleeper Sealy Posturepedic sofa, and a twin size Sealy Posturepedic chair in the family room. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for your down home cooking or take a short stroll to Mango Marley's or Caribbean coffee. Your comfort and convenience is a priority enjoy smart TV's for streaming your favorite networks in both bedrooms and family room, internet, washer and dryer, charcoal gill and an outdoor shower. Bedroom 1- King bed Bedroom2- Queen bed Additional Sleeping Arrangements- Sofa sleeper, twin sofa sleeper 107 Mermaid Cove is a non-smoking unit and does NOT allow pets. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis. CANCELLATION POLICY: Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.

Mermaid Cove was clean and comfortable. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and next door to Mango Marley's, one of the few sit down restaurants open in Mexico Beach. It is also close to the Shell shack where you can get fresh seafood to cook yourself or have them prepare for you. Be sure to bring extra things like dish soap, paper towels, extra toilet paper, coffee filters as those are not necessarily provided.

We loved our stay here. It was so comfortable and well appointed. A very short walk to the beach and an added bonus of a short walk to a coffee shop, ice cream parlor and boutique as well as a restaurant.

I did not actually stay at this location, but had a reservation. We had to change our reservation due to needing more space in order to accommodate a larger group. When I tried to cancel the reservation (with more than a month before the last date available for cancellation), the property management refused to refund. They claimed that they do not allow cancellations and that Expedia and Vrbo (where they are listing the property) refuses to update the terms and conditions. It took Expedia and the management company to go back and forth for me to get my refund. I would caution against using any property with this company unless you are 100 percent sure you will not have to make any changes to your trip.

Our family enjoyed this beach house to the fullest! If you don’t like stairs this probably isn’t the place for you. Just a short walk across the road to the beach. The lagoon was nice that the house sat on. The only con was the cookware and the freezer would not freeze the popsicles. Thanks for letting us stay, would recommend!

I really liked the location of the property as it was right next to a restaurant and bar that we could walk to and had easy access to the beach! I liked having outdoor decks to sit on at night and I thought this was a good size for 4 people (2 couples). Place was cute and beachy. The one recommendation is that it could have had better towels and supplied amenities like shampoo and conditioner and dish and dishwasher soap or been more clear that it was not there and to bring it given there are not a lot of stores there. Also would be good to bring ice as the ice maker was not on when we arrived. We had a great time!

The home is as portrayed in the photos. The downstairs bathroom had no heat. In the summer no problem but in the winter too cold. The wi-fi is terrible but I believe that might be a remnant of the damage caused by hurricane. The landscaping needs a touch up, palms trimmed and the rest of the plants pruned. We enjoyed our stay but these things were slightly annoying. Would stay again but bring batteries for the remotes. They were all dead again minor things.

Traveled here with friends for much needed getaway. Of course we had concerns about traveling during the of Covid but the property was sparkling clean to the eye and smelled clean. Property looks just like the photos. Close to the beach and in a central location. Everything we needed was in the house. We enjoyed using the outdoor grill. Quiet, safe location. We enjoyed our stay. Oh internet is spotty when the storms roll in, other than that no issues.

We loved the house. The beds were very comfortable. My niece slept on the couch and she was impressed with how comfortable it was. The only thing wrong was that the devastation from the hurricane was still so prevalent. Hopefully, the rebuild will be closer to being finished for tourist season next year. The house is very beautiful and we felt very comfortable.

This is a great little place with lots of room and amenities. Great view of the lagoon and quick walk to the beach. Just a minute down the road from the MB General Store, and only 50 minutes from Panama City Beach. We loved it and will be back again.
