The breakfast is very good, plenty of fresh fruit and veggies. Snacks and bakery are also freshly made. Staffs are very warm and helpful. Valet parking is convenient.
Nothing really, location is not walking distance to the town centre. But if you are driving it’s not a problem.

Cheap furniture (doors slam loudly)
No bathropes unless requested
You have to fight to check out 12:30, not 12:00. We have a baby and having him well slept requires sometimes those delayed check outs

Very clean and beautiful interior. Excellent gym! Breakfast is also very good. Well designed rooms.
The phone wasn’t working in my room and room service wasn’t available.

Only breakfast was good
Zero help from staff, no reliability on any task to help customers, not good room service, not bad but very cold behavior that’s I never see in any 5/4 stars hotel in all the world even Istanbul.
