The apartment was modern, very clean, and exceptionally well-equipped, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It is also conveniently located not too far from the city centre, with easy access by bus or taxi.
Extremely unfriendly staff. No greetings, no welcoming attitude, and not a single smile. They simply nod their heads, leaving you to guess their mood and interpret whether they even want to interact with you.
This attitude was not limited to one person. It started with the two men at reception and continued with the girls serving breakfast. Nobody seemed genuinely happy to have guests or made any effort to make them feel welcome.
Hospitality is about more than just providing a room and breakfast. Guests should feel welcomed and comfortable, and unfortunately, that was completely missing from our experience.
Very bad coffee everywhere𼲠(colored water)

Breakfast was good and the location was good. Every floor has a laundry machine and the kitchenette was good.
Bedroom door didn't close, bathroom door's handle would come off.
Loud mosque next door, and the prayers would wake us up.
Toilet was tilted.
