The staff were excellent and incredibly helpful. The building and rooms had a lot of personality. It was located very centrally in the town, and yet I couldn't hear any noise from outside. The bed was super comfortable as well.
The keys to the room were quite heavy, which made them slightly awkward to carry around, so ideally the hotel will upgrade to key cards in the future.

Great hotel .oldest hotel in Groningen but so amazing for location and definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in anywhere . everything perfect from great bedrooms and amazing staff .rooms top class with best beds Ive slept in .right in the middle of Groningen but so quiet .

very old building that shows its age and all cons that comes with it. could be noisy as its located in the middle of the city.
